I have been living at Avion since it opened up in May 2023, I’m renewing for the third term and I couldn’t be happier to call this my home. I have two toddlers, and there’s a lot of nice residents that have become like family to my husband and myself. This feel like a real community, and the management is great, they always plan an event for the residents, they’re very cordial, welcoming and respectful. I’m happy to call Avion my home. Every time I’ve had an issue, the manager has always responded.

Avion Riverwalk is one of the best communities to live in. As a 35 year old female, I’ve been so happy to call this place my home for the last few years. I have about 30 friends here and most of us have all become more like family than neighbors. It’s an awesome place to be especially for entrepreneurs that want to be around people who inspire them to be greater and reach higher. More times than not, the staff responds very quickly when residents need something from them. The environment is very cleanly at all times. Residents often walk to the beach for sunrise ( 10minute walk) there’s several restaurants right in the plaza that are really good too! The staff sets up fun community events for the residents as well like wellness weeks, breath work classes, weekly yoga classes, ways to promote your business to your neighbors, holiday celebrations and more. 90% of the building is prettty grateful for the environment that we live in, the people who reside here and the staff that keeps it all together, many of us are on our 2nd lease or have been here even longer.

The management of this building is atrocious. They do not care about the tenants at all! Instead of helping when a problem arrises they just blame to tenant or simply ignore . But are very quick to post FAKE reviews to cover up their incompetence.

I can't say enough good things about Avion Riverwalk! From the moment I visited, I was impressed by the community’s charm and the outstanding service provided by the team. I have lived at Avion for over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say. This has become my home, the management is absolutely fantastic, they care about the property and the residents. They take pride in hosting amazing events every month, they lay attention to detail, the staff all around is very friendly and attentive. I love waking up every morning and having a cup of coffee staring at my view from my balcony. This property is pet friendly, they also have hosted events for pets which is really nice. This is the only luxury property in this area and is worth it. I recommend Avion for anyone looking for a resort style living experience.

I was invited to a private event at Avion Riverwalk last weekend and instantly fell in love with the community! The amenities, and the prime location in the plaza—where everything is just steps away—truly make it stand out. I brought my dad for a tour since he’s moving to Florida to be closer to us, and he was just as impressed. The leasing staff was absolutely wonderful—they went above and beyond to answer all our questions and provided my dad with an exceptional tour. Luxury living with amazing views! I've been living here for 6 months and absolutely love it. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. The gym is great, and it even has a sauna. The staff has been so helpful and always organizes fun events for us. Highly recommend!

Living here has been a great experience. I renewed my lease recently for another year, and I must say that ever since Maya took over as the manager of the building, you can see the improvements. Some residents are complainers and will leave a bad review just because they did not get their way. However, Tanja is excellent organizing events along with Maya. Wenda and Kirt are very helpful every time you go into the office. The cleanliness of the building has improved significantly, when the new team came last year. The amenities at Avion are spectacular, none of the building in the area have a concierge, which makes Avion stand out from the rest. The finishes of the apartment are very luxurious. Aside from Avion being my home for the past year and a half, it is a great community to live at. I feel like I am at a 5 star resort every day. We are so close to the beach, that you do not need a car to get there. Watching the yachts on the intracoastal is one of my favorite things, it is very relaxing. I highly recommend this community for anyone searching for luxury, good customer service. Al the employees at the building are phenomenal, the maintenance crew is always responsive.

have had issues in my apt since the day I moved in a year ago. 4 months of electric outages ( no generator ) wifi dead spots in unit ( told to buy extra hot spot on top of $60 internet fees. Car vandalized in garage, fire safety was only addressed 2 week ago, halls have not been cleaned in a year ( I had to pick up trash ) Maya does not return emails or phone calls , No Rules and Regulations -just AI generated emails that not make sense 3 times a day EVERY DAY!!!
The managers of this building are toxic. There are constantly problems in the building that they are not trained to handle.

I have been here 10 months and love my apartment best views in Boynton beach . Moved here from NY and enjoying the sunshine and beach on my daily walks. There has been changes in management but everyone has been very supportive and helpful. Front desk has also been very helpful with my packages. Nothing is perfect and I lived in many communities but Avion will be my home for a while
