Really a great community here at Aviah! Both the office and maintenance are incredible and super helpful. Also Aviah has created a very wonderful community with great neighbors that will actually acknowledge and speak to you. I know that is a very low bar but I previously lived in a building that could not meet that bar. Just a great place to live.

We love living here! Not only the place is beautiful but also Mark keeps the place is his own, super good maintenance, prompt responses to maintenance requests, the whole crew is super friendly and always willing to help, and the screening they do for the tenants ensures that only well-behaved people gets in. The place has that family-cozy environment where you can really feel at home at not in a college dorm. We are in our 2nd term and want to renew again.

I have only been living at Aviah Flagler Village since December 2024, but I love it ! When I came to tour the property I was met with a gorgeous beautiful smell, the inside of the building smells soooo good I had to ask what it was ! But in addition the building is kept exceptionally clean, the maintenance staff is amazing ! If you put a work order is it handled immediately! The building murals are beautiful and give it a nice vibe ! Also Elizabeth at the office is wonderful! We absolutely love living at Aviah! Definitely recommend it!

I LOVE this community. I can't say enough positive things. The leasing office is very helpful and kind. The maintenance is very prompt and efficient. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The amenities are well kept. I love that the building is so dog friendly. The owners do a MOST excellent job being approachable, and getting things addressed. I am so lucky to have landed in this complex. It made relocation 1000000x easier.

I absolutely love living in the Aviah building because it’s incredibly dog-friendly, making it perfect for my furry companion. I was in process of renting the apartment at Aviah. From the moment we entered the lobby my family and I were treated with the great amount of kindness, professionalism, and respect. Mark, Elizabeth and Sebastian are simply excellent! My family and I walked in unannounced, and with no issues we were given the tour of the property. Mark has processed my application very quickly, ensuring that the entire leasing process is flawless. Which it was , no question about that. Communication between Aviahs management team and me was superb! However, even though my application was approved, and my family and I absolutely loved this property, we have decides to lease at another property that was closer to my work. But based on my brief experience at Aviah, I would definitely highly recommend this community. If app was giving me an option to give them 10 stars, I would????! Wishing them best of luck.

TLDR; hands down the best rental experience we've had in our 10 years of renting. Best apartment complex in Flagler Village, you should absolutely rent here! Couldn't say enough positive things about my experience living at Aviah. We've been in Florida almost 3 years and our first year was spent at a different apartment complex that ended up having a bug problem and was nearly falling apart. We were pretty down on living in Florida after that experience but this completely changed once we moved to Aviah. We have absolutely loved our time here and wish we could make it a permanent home. As for the property, it is beautiful and has so many great amenities. The gym was just recently updated prior to us moving in and is filled with top of the line gym equipment. They also have personal trainers that you can schedule with on site. The pool is very large and has benches lining the sides of it that are awesome for lounging in the sun. Coming from the PNW, I really looked forward to the hot tub and was super grateful to see it is kept at a hot temperature unlike many others that can be lukewarm. There is an awesome grilling area with a pool table, tables, a bar, and lounge chairs with shelter from the sun/rain. We've hosted many barbecues here and never have an issue waiting on a grill. Our friends always tell us to host because the area is so nice! The location is also fantastic. It's within a short walking distance to so many local parks, bars, clubs and restaurants but far enough away that you don't get a lot of "city noise". As for the staff, they are all so kind and accommodating. Mark, the owner, is very down to earth, easy to talk to and genuinely wants you to have a good experience living here. The cleaning staff are so thorough! I swear they are cleaning nearly all business hours and the apartment is kept spotless. The maintenance people are all very sweet and respond to maintenance calls almost immediately. Overall, we love it here at Aviah and are sad to have to move out due to school ending and moving back home. A large number of my classmates all moved to Flagler Village and I've spent time at each of their apartments nearby and have to say I like ours the best. Majority of them have also expressed that they wished they had got a place at Aviah! I'm so grateful we found Aviah when looking for a place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. It has 100% contributed to our positive experience here in South Florida.

Consistent and professional response for all staff from janitorial all the way up to ownership. Really tries to build a culture of community diversity and unity, while nothing is perfect, it’s certainly one of the best places I have a lived in 50 years

So far we’ve had the best experience living at Aviah. The staff is so nice and accommodating, and the pool and the gym are my go-to’s. Love living here!

Aviah Flagler Village is a great place to live, amenities are well taken care of. Grounds are clean, convenient location. Staff is great, very helpful and friendly. Wish units were more remodeled but other than that, I love living here.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to any needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.

I lived in this building once before, when it was owned and managed by a different company. The new owners are a breath of fresh air. They show a keen interest in keeping the building a great place to live. Coming back to Fort Lauderdale this year, I was glad to find an apartment at Aviah. Maintenance and upkeep are great and Elizabeth and Brandon in the office make everything easy. There's also a sense of community among the residents. I have found that to be rare.

We live the staff and everything is always kept in a pristine fashion. The owner is on premises. You would love it here! The building is in close proximity to everything that you would want.

I moved into Aviah back in December and it has been great ever since! I absolutely love the feel of community, and the staff is unbelievably friendly! I feel very home here!

Nothing but good things to say about Aviah in Flagler Village. Friendly staff, great amenities, and a great neighborhood to live in. Walking distance to many great restaurants and bars.
This building is run so well! The maintenance team is constantly working to make sure the building is in top shape and clean. The office team is on top of their game! They know everyone by name and are always willing to help. I cannot say enough about the packages room either, it so clean and organized. Seriously 5 stars is not enough!
