Property Ratings at Avia Apartments at Reedy Creek
The apartment walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors walking around and using the bathroom, there is always loud music at all hours of the day and night and loiterers being loud in the hallways and parking lot. The common areas such as gym and hallways are left messy and residents park in handicap parking spots without the proper permits. Management and maintenance are fine but there is not much they can do or have done about the noise and other issues noted in my review. All in all, I don’t believe the quality of living is commiserate with the amount of rent they are charging. I would highly suggest to rent elsewhere if you work from home or are a light sleeper as the noise is unbearable at times.
For my first apartment I enjoy this place it’s nice and cozy, I love that it’s close to Disney, the grocery store and shopping center down the street
I love the property it’s look a good shape, the gym and pool are super spacious, the property manager service and her way of communication are very personalised and you really get the feeling that she loves what her is doing. I would definitely recommend her services for the future home.

Vivo desde hace 1 año aquí y acabo de renovar mi contrato por un año más! La property manager Heidy , muy amable y diligente me ayudó con el nuevo contrato. Definitivamente lo recomiendo!
I am looking to move to Florida and was interested in this complex. I called earlier this week to schedule a tour for my friend to check it out. When I called, the person on the phone gave us exact details for which unit was available since there was only 1 left. My friend showed up for her tour and there was no one in the management office until 35 minutes after her scheduled appt. time. My friend was also informed that there was not a unit available and 25 people have applications in for the ONE unit listed available on the website. We also learned that whenever you call, it is routed to a third party company who DOES NOT have direct contact with property management. The whole process was incredibly unprofessional and while very inconvenient, I’m glad it happened before I paid the non-refundable application fee or got stuck in a lease. Don’t waste your time or money.
