Downhill Renewed because i hate moving. Quality of this place has gone downhill, but rent goes up every year. Valet trash is a joke. Why are we paying for 2 different trash servuces. I can throw my own trach out. The walkways are always lined with trash. Looks like a 3rd world country sometimes. For long term tenants there is no appreciation for loyalty just a increase in rent. Maintenance is slow to respond to requests or at all. They have rules and policies but are never enforced. Why i renewed, i ask myself that daily sometimes.
Gym Could Use Help Love everything here except for the treadmills & ellipticals being broken 95% of the time. Once they figure out a solution to that, I’ll have no complaints!! Also just FYI sometimes the scent bomb in the gym is nauseating. Very strong floral/clean scent & not sure where it comes from.

Entry gate The gate has had issues since the new system was implemented. Terrible resolution to the problem. The gate has been broken for over a month. Access panel is still down. Guests cannot enter. Nobody in the office has an answer as to when it might be fixed. The old system worked perfectly and this new system was an absolute waste of money that hasn't worked since day one. Cars lined up 10 deep sometimes waiting to get in. An easy solution would be to leave it open until it can either be fixed or a system that works and is reliable has been installed. And common sense would have you to believe an access panel on both entrances would be better rather than having everyone enter from one side and drive clear around the complex to get to their destination. Whoever thought this was a better solution to the old system that worked perfectly should have the old system put back or remove the gate entirely. Its unacceptable at this point.

I moved in back in April during this whole covid craze so it was definitely stressful trying to figure out how to move and all that but Natasha and Lauren were amazing. They were very informative and reassuring during my move process. My apartment is renovated and cozy. Parking is a little hectic but for the most part I have my assigned space and that's all I really need. Can't wait to use the pool and see what the gym looks like in person.
Absolutely an awful place to live. Our apartment had black mold and management disregarded it entirely it calling it mildew. They ignored the issue for over two months then suddenly wanted to clean it all up which required major work to be done and did not offer us alternative living arrangements and expected us to live there while they cleaned up the so called "mildew". We had a private mold specialist test the mildew and it was indeed four types of mold including black mold. However, Waterstone has a company they use, Rytech, and Rytech never disclosed what they found when investigating our situation- later claiming they never swabbed for a sample in the first place and diagnosed it as mildew "by the looks of it" when clearly our apartment smelled of mold and the windows were covered in black. They let us break our lease and move because we were having health issues and they didn't want to be taken to court. However myself and my roommate are not rolling in money and do not have the means for lawyers, so we lost our apartment and tons of money trying to move as fast as possible out of a health threatening situation. I am appalled with how management handled this situation and luckily my health was not harmed greater than while living there. My symptoms went away after moving. Do not move here, you will regret it. And if you live here, check your windows for current mold or covered up mold from poor insulation- because they do paint over it and call it good to go. I know this because the mold specialist we used out of our own pockets said the windows had traces of mold from months prior that was covered up by paint and prepared for the next tenant to move in. Great job Waterstone.
The apartment itself was great. Some of the handy work wasn't the best but it was good enough for an apartment. The office staff is the worst I have ever encountered. I was lied to on many occasions. I tried to give notice in Jan for a March move out and was told it was too early and not allowed since the systems wouldn't allow it. They conveniently lost all my paperwork I filled out when finally giving notice. Was promised a garage 3x and never got one. They tried to charge me for damages not done by me which I had documented with pictures on move in. Terrible and shady staff. If you choose to live here, keep records of EVERYTHING
Can I give NO STARS?! Seriously the worst customer service and office staff. They are so incompetent it is ridiculous. They never answer the phones, return voicemails. They are rude and disrespectful. Extremely unhelpful in every aspect. Our move in day was a complete nightmare! Our unit was unclean and distgusting. We waited 5 hours for it to be move in ready after we refused to move into such a dirty and uncleaned unit. I would never recommend moving into these unless they were under different management. We've been counting down the days for our lease to be over! Save yourself the hassle! Don't move here!
I believe that the front office staff changed recently as the level of service has declined significantly. Issues reported to the front office are forgotten. You are forced to file reports online for anything to occur. Items that are broken in the common areas are not fixed proactively. When your mail is delivered to the front office they open it.
I have been living here for about 4 months and I love it. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors keep to themselves. The only noise I get is from the parking lot. Some folks have really loud cars and bikes that they enjoy revving in the parking lot. The apartments are very nice on the inside. The kitchens are a good size and the laundry area is right next to that. The main bedroom has a really large walk-in closet that will hold a ton of "stuff". There is some storage on the deck inside the hot water heater area as well. Water / Trash / Sewer is shared and costs about 65 bucks a month for my 2 bedroom apt. ATT is the internet and TV provider and the service is pretty good. You can also get dish if you face the right direction and want to pay a deposit. Management is very nice and responsive. I have had 2 minor problems and they were fixed within a day.
I LOVED THESE APARMENTS. I LOVED THE FACT IT WAS GATED, SECURITY GUARD ONSITE, GRATE SIZE POOL, PERFECT SIZE ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT, AND I LIKED THE IDEA OF THE BUSINESS ROOM/STUDY LOUNGE. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE IS THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR UNDERGROUND PARKING. THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH IN THE RENT.
