Absolutely garbage management that has done nothing but lie and twist words regarding the flea, spider, and centipede infestation. They even refuse to inspect the "flea free" environment they are claiming the townhouse now is. This has absolutely been the worst renting and move-in experience I have ever encountered. Do not rent at Aventura Bellevue. On a more positive note, the maintenance crew is very good and helpful.

We have only lived here for a week but are very pleased with the quaint community, well-kept grounds, and friendly neighbors. We are also impressed with the maintenance team's quick responses to initial issues.

As of right now, I still need to see if this can be turned around. I am not really pleased with the cost of the apartment and the experience thus far. If I paid a little more up the street I do feel like the quality of renovation would have been better and that the presence of roaches wouldn't be there.

The team was very friendly and eager to help. There were no surprises in my billing statements. Questions were promptly answered. I had 2 maintenance request so far. They were not emergent. Someone came the next day both times to fix the issues.

We’ve loved our time here Aventura Bellevue! The leasing staff made the process smooth and easy! They’re very friendly and very helpful, Makayla especially she helped us feel right at home and made sure we were taken care of. The maintenance workers respond so quickly to requests and are very thorough/helpful with the repairs. We had a few hiccups being the first people in our unit after a renovation and the maintenance team helped fix these issues asap. Thanks to them we got to relax and enjoy our new home!

I've been here for 8 years. I love the community and the changes that happening.
Everything in the apartment is nice. The only thing i would change is having maintenance come sooner to fixed things and stop people from parking in front of the apartment buildings

I have lived in these apartments since I was little so they have a special place in my heart. I know these apartments are old which is the cause of many issues. There is very little soundproofing between building walls so I can easily hear my neighbors taking showers, talking, and moving around. The trash leaks liquid residue that causes smells for residents in buildings 100 and 200. I appreciate the price of the apartments, it is hard to beat in Bellevue.

My apartment was not ready to be moved into. It took months of living here for it to become move-in ready; when the maintenance director would come in to complete the work orders, I'd have to be asked what needed to be done, he also insinuated I couldn't complete them myself because I was a woman. 5 days after moving in, a giant fence blocked off the direct entrance to my building and the majority of the parking spots. I've had to listen to construction directly outside my balcony until past 11pm at times. I've had issues with cockroaches that can't seem to be resolved no matter how clean my apt is kept. And now, before all construction in the community is done, they've decided to repave everywhere, making it loud until past 8pm. There's dog waste everywhere, and I've had to have TWO tires replaced since moving here because of nails that got stuck in them. And this awful community was bought by Greystar, one of the worst property management companies out there. Don't live here.

I believe we had you sign a construction addendum when you moved in and we have discussed this together a few months ago. We also compensated you for any delay. We made sure everyone was aware of the hours and to not continue after 7 pm. We certainly didn't want you to suffer and not enjoy the peace and tranquility you disserve. The renovation is making Aventura Bellevue better. We have pest control every Tuesday for call back if needed. Let's catch up again to review all of these items as soon as possible. Everything's been great so far well with the remodeling at first when we moved in but besides that it's been great. They're remodeling is coming along great. They've updated the workout gym. The pool is nice to sit back and relax. Besides the price is being a little high everything's pretty good

Living here is wonderful. It is quiet, I love the space in my apartment and the people/community is kind. I enjoy living here and having the tennis court and pool tss amenities.

Everything is good in the apartment nice plenty of space and has very nice pool and park. The only thing they need is a new basketball ball goal
I have been without AC in my apartment for 19 days and they keep pushing back when they'll fix it. They've blamed everything from supply chain to nonresponsive district managers. Its absolute garbage and moving here was the biggest mistake I have made in quite some time.
DO NOT DO IT PLEASE… cheap prices for the area but not worth it. BEFORE they changed property management companies everything was decent (maintenance at the time was on point with any issue) NOW that they have changed management companies the maintenance team will put a bandaid over it and say it’s fixed.. NOW MY REAL ISSUE. My air went out in early May, they fixed my air that very next day (no problem I was cool) well my air went out again exactly 2 weeks later I’m irritated at this point but they fixed it next day. My air is out now again for the 3rd time this month, second time this week (which this should’ve been resolved the second time my air went out). IT IS 90 degrees outside but 82 degrees inside my house. We are going on 3 days with no a/c so now hours (specifically an hour before the office closed for the weekend) later they decide to bring a portable a/c unit for townhouse AFTER I was told my a/c would be working properly by the end of the day. BUT STILL NO SENSE OF URGENCY. I’m exhausted with this place. Very disappointed. I have reached out to corporate (email and had to leave a voicemail) which only ended in them forwarding my email I sent to corporate to the leasing office of the apartments but nothing has been fixed or even attempted to be fixed. NOT TO MENTION there are SEVERAL outlets that don’t work but can’t be fixed. The buildings are old, appliances old and out dated.
I feel safe here and the grounds are clean and kept manicured.

So far so good! I am truly pleased at the moment with my stay,and considering possibly longer.
Excellent and friendly office staff, mostly quiet neighborhood, and pretty decent creature comforts, especially considering the age of the complex. One thing I did not care for was how loud the footsteps of upstairs neighbors were. I believe this was a product of the age of the building, so if I were to recommend the apartment complex to a friend of family member, I would tell them to definitely make sure they have an upstairs apartment
The head manager, Randall Pollard, will hit on the female tenants and then retaliate when he is turned down! He is rude, unprofessional and does not care about the needs of the community. I urge the Owner of this complex to reconsider Mr.Randall Pollard and his position. No insulation resulting in a high electricity bill! Low pressure, drains and toilets do not work properly, resulting in high water/sewage bills! Maintenance issues ranging from apt, to laundry facility, to gym, to pool that the office "forgets" to fix. Save yourself and your frustration, DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Is it an older complex and the previous manager seemed to let the maintenance fall through. Things are better now
For me I just didn’t like the old appliances n carpet
I lived there for about 3 years thinking I would save money. I got extremely sick due to the mold in the walls and the month after I moved out I felt so much better. My dog also ended up getting sick for the time we were there and vets thought it might have been allergies.. moved out she hasn't had a treatment since! Those bills add up and was not helping save money. Maintenance staff is awful. On multiple occasions, I've seen the same person pick up trash all day. That's also due to some awful residents (not everyone.. but those that litter) Every maintenance request and in person follow up came with "we are busy" ... Busy slowly picking up trash all day! Bringing up a safety concern to the male manager last year he responded that there were "so many safety issues" needing fixing still before he can get to ours. We ended up buying stuff and fixing it ourselves due to the concern. Weeks later they had a "fix" that made it worse and didn't seem to pick up on it was done already (why didn't we tell them? how were we supposed to know... I called in for a dishwasher fix 5 times before someone came weeks later). Security is a joke. Look up Bellevue heights shooting. After that occured, I was afraid to be outside.. A sick dog needed to go out in the middle of the night! Parked cars blocking exits, fireworks being shot off all hours of the night. Calls go to some off-site office and not the supposed courtesy officer. Office staff never seems to be in. Multiple times trying to enter, the office was locked. The sign would say be back at a certain time that was past already (or sometimes says open still). You had an option to send your package there instead of delivered to your door. I did that until it was stolen from there. Office was locked, postal worker (normal hours) could not get in and left at the door. The apartment was a good layout minus the tiny kitchen (fine if you don't cook or bake) but again had mold in the walls. On moving in, it was not cleaned from previous tenant. Carpets were not replaced. Staples were sticking out.. Make sure to get your tetanus shots. Fireplace was installed incorrectly and cold air came through every winter. Used blankets as a cover because we were told nothing could be done and to just deal with it. Suggestions: close down the apartment or at least sections at a time for major renovations. Get better day to day staff. Offer valet trash service. It can help prevent the litter and clear up time for maintenance.
Pricing is good but apartments are pretty gross. I’m glad they’re working w/me to make things better which means a lot in my book!
I recommend this apartment complex to everyone. I just also would like to have AC, summer is hot :(
Lived there for two years. Two different apartments. Horrible employees working there. Nothing gets done or it takes forever. Infested with bugs. Air conditioning was down and took them the whole year to get fixed in the first place. 2nd place air went again. Had to get a window unit until fixed. Basement slide door was broken for a year before fixed. They sent to letter saying they were coming but never did. Showed up weeks later wanting to work when I didnt have the time for them. Water damage and mold in wall but charged me with damages upon leaving. Everything backs up. Nothing drains. Do not move into this place. Unless you hate yourself. Dogs and us never felt good living in this place. MOLD IN THE WALLS.

Very well thought out floor plans and overall layout of the complex. The apartments have a nice and homey look about them. Everyone has their own front and back door as Appleseed to a breezeway or several flights of stairs.
I like the convenience of location in relation to where I work.
The price compared to what you're getting, and that's just the apartment itself not including all the extra amentities!
Many things in the apartment needed to be fixed before move in.
This is the worst complex ever!!!! Everything is out dated!! It’s roaches everywhere I’m sooo excited that my lease is up and I can finally be able to move into a real apartment. It smells extremely bad! Only one garbage disposal in the whole complex! Just really explore your options before moving here your going to regret everything!!!!!!!

I would recommend the community for the price and space and amenities, but I would warn that there are maintenance issues that are slow to be addressed.
The only difference is I wish he would have stopped by after to explain what was wrong and how it was fixed.
My financee and I signed a lease here a month ago. It has been horrible from day 1. First off they called 5 hours before we were supposed to move in saying that they had to move our unit number because the previous tenants had not moved out. Then the unit they showed us had a jimmied door, broken windows and literally bugs everywhere! We had 15 minutes to decide if we would have a home or not and with the reassurance that all the issues would be fixed within the week, we signed the lease. WE have had to call, email, threaten and finally call a lawyer to get the maintenance team to come out to fix all the issues. We tried compromising with both the local office and the regional office, they refuse to compromise, all I can say now is we just want out. Do not live here, I guarantee you will wish to move out after the first time something breaks.

Over all good neighborhood. Starting to make some good changes as far as the up keep of the complex. (New Paint Jobs, New Signs etc)
