I lived here for 4.5 years and can honestly say it was a pleasure. My family and I enjoyed our apartment and all the great amenities, the pool, the price, and the fact that our rent would only go up about $20 each year we renewed. The office staff, especially The property manager Claire, were awesome and always there to help. Maintenance requests were always handled on time and everything about this place was great, best complex We have ever lived in. We will miss aventura mid rivers, and will always have great things to say about this place, we would absolutely recommend it to others!!

I have been here for a couple months now. I am so glad I choose this place! The staff is always so helpful and professional. They do a great job maintaining the property. All the neighbors i have meet seem very nice. This complex offers social gatherings about once a month for residents like pool parties and acoustic nights by the pool. This is a great idea and well attended. Great way to meet your neighbors and be social if you are into that. Lastly, the rent is reasonable for the quality of living and amenities offered.

Beautiful apartments and great office staff. The pool and gym are great perks too!
Just signed for my 3rd year and have no complaints whatsoever, especially since my rent has only gone up $20. The last complex I lived at in Creve Couer it definitely was not the case! Not sure what all the fuss is about trash. I see the maintenance guy walking around every morning on my way to work picking up after people. Office Manager that I signed with originally has always been really nice and is still here. I've lived at a lot of apartments and this complex is one of the best.
We have lived here for almost two years. In these two years, we have gone through a few property managers/managers. With that, comes different priorities. There are always several complaints about cleaning up after pets, but then there is trash every where CONSTANTLY and never any emails about that. People at the pool throw their trash over, including chicken wings which attracts unwanted guests. People who smoke throw their cigarettes off the balcony, leaving them at the bottom for your dogs to get into which is just plain gross. The only internet/tv provider that they offer is AT&T who is terrible. I have yet to have a consistent bill with them, which I know is not Aventura's problem, but they should at least give you the option of you who decide to have service with.The first year was great living here, as Ashley was always available and ready to assist but I have had my few share of run in's with the new management (or lack thereof) and leaves a bit of distaste and for that I have no longer recommended this apartment complex and am telling those to wait until the new one is completed across the street which is sad because the apartment itself is completely fine, but the way this place has been managed the last year has deteriorated its value and overall appearance. This will most likely be our last year living here as we too are waiting for the new complex across the street to open up and get a fresh start. As far as the other review about office hours, I have seen numerous times, specifically on Saturday's when the office is to be opened at 11, people waiting in cars to tour the complex/display apartment because no one is there so the office is still closed and at minimum another 15-30 minutes before one of them shows up to actually open the office... I feel terrible for those people waiting as I am sure they have other things on their to do list that day, but this is also a poor reflection on management....

My name is Brittany, and I have been at this community for 3 years. There have been accusations of my dogs barking, hollowing and running around all day making all kinds of noise. Many of these accusations have been made while either myself or my fiancé have been home. My side of the story has yet to be listened to and we have been threatened with getting rid of the dogs or eviction. It was reported that on 19 April 2016 from 7:30pm to 9:00am the next day that the dogs were barking, hollowing and running around. I was home and this was not happening. The only barking was when a man came to the door looking for a Steven.I came home three hours early from work on Wednesday to look into this matter. When I arrived home, both of my dogs were just lying around keeping to themselves. However, still no one will listen to me when I say that these claims are erroneous. I’m not saying that my dogs never bark, they day. But so does every dog within this community. I sat at home for a month and a half due to surgery and all day long and night there was barking. I know who is making the complaint and question I have to ask. Is what about the other dogs in the apartments around here? On both sides and above the apartments has dog. So, please tell me which dog it is? I have since bought a camera and can now monitor my dogs when we are away. All my dogs have done for the past three days is lay on the furniture. Usually the same spot. There have also been claims that early in the morning around 2am that they are running around and wrestling. The dogs go to bed with me at 10 and 10:30. The only movement that is happening at 2:00am is Chris coming home from work, Since when it is a crime to work a job that has you coming home 2. Once again, if this a problem you are not a very friendly community at all. Then also, there is a complaint that at 6 am However, again they are in bed with Chris as it is me getting up and getting ready for work. I have explained this to the Management but I have been completely ignored almost to the point that I fell that they think I am lying. I will not be getting rid of my dogs over exaggerated and erroneous complaints. This is none of your business but an important factor to the situation. I am an Army Veteran with PTSD and use the dogs for comfort. So, if you must ask me to get rid of the dogs. Keep in mind, I will hold you responsible for my development or lack of development in my treatment. I will also ensure that others aware of your treatment of those who served.
The apartments are very new and look great although don't let that fool you. The office staff ruined my experience mainly by the lack of office hours that are posted in the front but staff is hardly ever there when the office is technically open. Their excuse is always that there is only one girl working; maybe more should be hired to run the property effectively. Also, they have recently posted signs that say "No dogs on grass" as if dogs go to the bathroom anywhere else. While they claim to be pet friendly. Overall my stay has been fine, great pool area, and the grounds are kept nice and like I said that actual apartment is beautiful. Too bad lack of personality has ruined it for me!
