I have had a great experience here at Aventino. The community is well kept and staff is friendly. If we ever have an issue in our apartment the staff responds quickly and issue is resolved.

Aventino has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The unit layouts are exceptionally roomy and very clean. The staff is very accommodating and always willing to help anytime. We love it here!

I recommend all my people I know to come and live in Aventino because it is very comfortable and coach to take it off us.

We have had a great experience overall, but I am recent experiences with repairs and the aging washer and dryer do not seem congruent with the property and staff. I will complete a complimentary review once repairs and washer / dryer replacement are complete.

Well, so far so good. But not everything was super clear on the move-in yet. I think the instructions could use a small refresh. We will see how it goes.

Dated kitchen and laundry appliances need upgrade. Apartments are quiet and spacious.

It is a nice campus having all the required facility for a comfortable living. The Rent is very high as compared to other similar campus. Try considering reduction in the monthly rent. Thank you

Great community, amenities, and Aventino team! All resident services are responsive and quickly handle any issues should you have any that arise.

Alex and Megan are both super nice, attentive, and take good care of the residents. The community members are always spotted smiling and happy. The amenities are incredible, and the Vasona trail literally in the backyard of the community is a huge bonus! We love it here!

My apartment was incredibly filthy upon move in (6 months ago) my vacuum is still loaded with filth to this day…my bathroom was literally disgusting we have spent hours making this place livable. Doors hanging off their hinges, screens so old and beaten you can’t see out the window clearly. My shower door was so moldy and rusty we were shocked. Three appliances have had to be replaced…it seemed endless.

Friendly staff so far. We have not moved in yet, but we expect it to be smooth. Planning to be there fore one year. We have small dog and I am sure he will enjoy the new area.

Love living here! Great apartment, maintenance crew has fixed everything I put work orders in for, and very safe neighborhood. I highly reccomend this complex.

I love this Community, it’s Peaceful safe and full of greenery with high maintenance. Gym is open for 24hours if you are nature lover the best part is Greek tail for walking, bicycling behind this compound.

We absolutely love living here! The neighborhood is peaceful and the location is super convenient, especially being right next to the beautiful Vasona Lake Trail - perfect for walks, and it’s dog-friendly too. The apartments are spacious, cozy, and really make us feel at home. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive whenever we need something. We couldn’t ask for a better place to live - it’s been our best experience yet, and we’re so happy to call this place home

Aventino front desk staff are very nice. Everyone is friendly and helpful. James the manager of maintenance team is giving excellent work with care . I would recommend Aventino apartments to family and friends.

I just moved into Aventino. Everything has been clean and well organized for me. The leasing office has been super helpful in getting my acquainted with package delivery, my mailbox, and more!

The setting is very nice. It is clean, nicely landscaped. Quiet. Maintenance is very responsive.

Everyone here is so kind and hospitable. Staff is willing to answer questions and help quickly. Neighbors are so fun to talk to. I love the community everyone is willing to work on building here!

I am happy with my decision to live at Aventino amongst the other properties in the areas. Although the interiors are not the newest product out there, they have a professional staff and lovely grounds which makes up for the interior being slightly dated. Although it's dated it's still in great condition and I have lots of storage room for me and my doggo. They accept large dogs which was a must for me! The outside was important to me as well since I spend so much time on walks.

When moving in to Aventino I was greeted by the nice staff in the office including Morgan the Leasing Agent. It's my first time renting and she was able to help me every step of the way. I really appreciate all the help given how nervous I was. So far I am happy at Aventino!

Aventino is a beautiful complex run by the worst management you have ever and will ever experience. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU RESPECT YOUR WALLET AND YOURSELF. I have been renting for nearly 4 years now, and Aventino in Los Gatos has been the worst experience renting I have had period. Upon moving in we were greeted with a broken fridge, rusted washing machine, broken dishwasher, leaking sink, dirty apartment, broken window, and mystery allergens who've caused my partner to use her entire rescue inhaler within a month. We reached out to management MULTIPLE times and have had some of these problems resolved, however the ONLY reason anything was actually done was not out of care but out of obligation; as if these issues were not fixed the apartment itself would've been harmed. Too bad for us tenants that we are not treated in the same regards. If you think that emailing and calling were not enough to fix things we agree it's not. So be prepared to be lied to (to your face!) by management as they make promises they can't keep and then blame it on a lack of training. As of writing this review, the allergies persist and management refuses to reimburse us for the costs of cleaning our air ducts and apartment. We still have a broken dishwasher, for the which we have not received any updates about since October 11th and management is still avoiding our emails. If you are looking to wash your dishes by hand, fight management every time something in your unit breaks, experience the worst mystery allergic reactions to things you can't identify, and deal with the most passive aggressive management staff ever, you will be find your home at Aventino in Los Gatos. As others have said, "Do not walk away from this place RUN!".

This has been the worst renting experience of my life (53 years). The management is both incompetent and lacks compassion. Once they have you signed, they will do nothing to help you address problems. I have noise issues, stolen packages, the community gate to the garage that was broken for two months, the grill in the "luxury pool area" was broken all summer after the nobs were stolen. Don't just walk away, run from this place!

After moving into Aventino, it has taken a few months for it to feel like home. I highly recommend the apartment community for its engaging social events and dedicated staff. The regular get-togethers organized by the community create a fun and inclusive atmosphere for residents. It's evident that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction

I absolutely love living here at Aventino Apartments. The apartments are very beautiful and spacious. The grounds are always impeccable. I’m very impressed with the office staff and how attentive they are. Management is always so eager to help and answer any questions you may have. I love all the extra amenities such as the Cafe, theater and workout room. The apartments are centrally located and close to many shops as well as freeways. I’m having a wonderful experience living here. I must mention the residents are so friendly. I enjoy walking my dog and meeting and chatting with the residents. Very luxurious and to notch apartment complex.

I am very pleased with living at Aventino Apartments. The apartments are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are impeccable and very well maintained. The office staff is very friendly and always eager to help. The management staff is exceptional, friendly and very professional. The services at Aventino is very top notch. I’m very happy with my residency here. One final note, my neighbors are always very nice and friendly. Overall I’m very happy living at Aventino.

Great Living Experience! Love the Many friendly people and you don't have to go anywhere else. Exept to get groceries.

Quiet, safe, beautiful community. The grounds always are clean, and maintained well. Maintenance calls are taken quickly and acted on efficiently. You cannot beat the location—quick 7 minute drive to downtown LG, and same to downtown Campbell. The apartments are also connected to the creek trail, which is a game changer with our dogs.

Living at Aventino is a pleasure. The place is quiet, clean and safe. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful. Mainenance is excellent. Staff is responsive and helpful. I would recommend Aventimno to anyone.

I literally LOVE the grounds at Aventino! It’s so green and in the spring there are so many colorful flowers that bloom! .Still it’s so pretty here I adore just walking my dog around.

Aventino is a fabulous place to live with great amenities, security and roomy apartments. Located right in between Los Gatos and Campbell (and backed on to the Los Gatos Trail) it’s a perfect location, and whilst close to the 85 provides a quiet place to live.

I lived here 6 years ago and had the best experience I had to relocate for work. I am so happy to come back home to Aventino !

Leasing office staff so terrible and rude!!I always lose my package and my room equipment broken nobody come to repair. Poor apartment!

Aventino is a beautiful place to live. We are impressed by the extremely high standard of maintenance: the grounds, the buildings, even the walkways and fountains. Amenities are of resort quality. I would recommend it to anyone.
