I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with Aventine West Melbourne, which I feel compelled to share with potential renters. My journey began with hope and expectation but ended in frustration and disillusionment, highlighting a concerning disregard for customer rights and transparent business practices. In September 2023, I applied for an apartment at Aventine West Melbourne, paying a $100 Application Fee and a $200 Administration Fee per their standard process. The Terms & Conditions clearly state a 10-day decision period for application approval. However, this period lapsed without communication, a clear breach of their policies. My request was met with resistance and baseless denial when I requested a refund of the $200 Administration Fee due to their failure to adhere to the specified timeframe. Despite multiple communications where I clearly stated I had not withdrawn my application, they unjustly retained my fee. Further adding to this troubling situation, I discovered that Aventine West Melbourne, LLC had not maintained an active company profile with the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations. This neglect of regulatory compliance raised severe concerns about their overall business integrity. My repeated attempts to seek a fair resolution, including a formal complaint to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, were met with indifference. The lack of accountability and transparency from Aventine West Melbourne throughout this process has been disheartening. I strongly advise potential renters to reconsider engaging with Aventine West Melbourne. Their failure to honor their Terms and conditions, coupled with an apparent disregard for regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction, speaks volumes about their business ethics. It's a stark reminder that entities that prioritize their profits over people can easily overlook your rights as a consumer.

This is my third year with the Aventine and I absolutely love it here. The staff is always welcoming and they love it when I bring my senior dog up to the front with me. If I have any problems or questions, I know I can confidently go to them for help. My dad isn’t great with computers and got a little stuck with some paperwork he needed to sign- but the staff was so patient and worked with us when it came to releasing. Maintenance responds to requests in timely manners as well, whom are also very kind. Everything in my unit works as it should, I haven’t had any issues with anything in the three years I’ve been here. The Aventine will host events and will have food trucks as well, which is always thoughtful to the residents. I saw a comment talking about people coming and going at odd hours, but we live in a community with 6 large buildings…so there’s going to be people coming and going at random times. Everyone has their own agenda. It shouldn’t be a concern to others. I come home pretty late at night myself due to my schedule and have never seen anyone suspicious or of concern. I haven’t had any issues with any of the residents either! The Aventine is a great community, in a great location, with a very caring staff. I plan to be here for a while :) H 4/11/2023

VERY LOUD HERE. Can hear every noise from all around. None of the amentias work and management is very rude recently. Asked to fix printer many times and they won't and say they are too busy for even an appointment.

Gate broken here always, never fixed. Many problems with non-residents here using amenities. Internet declines monthly, barely works now.

Many broken or off things in a new apartment. Half of the outlets do not line, just quick builders. Pool said heated, but never is plus it's full of college kids partying. Very loud!

I've had a great experience from a-z here. When I leased I asked what kind of people lived here and was given a generic answer, however after being here about a month its definitely a melting pot here. Although there is a younger crowd, there is also a lot of working class. The office does everything to correct issues like young kids being kids, unwanted guests, noise complaints etc. I would say they try more than any complex I've lived at. Shayla is a great landlord and you can tell she is always looking, I see her on the golf cart every day.

I've lived here a little over a month with my bf and we're so happy. The move in was easy and the apartment is really pretty. I am so very happy with my decision to live at Aventine. I visited all of the new communities in the area and this is the only one to meet all of my needs. I’ve given this complex the benefit of the doubt for a while. Since the amenities have reopened most people do not seem to live here. They jump over fences. I see people using drugs in the parking lot nightly. People come and go at odd times. I’ve not seen much improvement. More so a decrease.
