My husband and I loved living here. The area was very quiet, the apartments are very clean and spacious, management was friendly and responsive, and the location is close to restaurants, stores, and everything you need! The price for the apartment was also very reasonable for the great quality of it!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Awful place to live. Worst decision I ever made. Mgt is horrible. Maintenance takes weeks to fix an issue. That is if they do not cancel your request first. Maintenance is nothing but rude and lazy I sent multiple work orders to the Manager, and she just ignored them. The Manager will have the Maintenance guys all day at the office rather than completing the tenant's work orders. You can honestly find a better apartment. Just keep looking, I promise. We were locked into this choice because of the dog we owned and the limits that some apartments have, but I regret settling! This apartment and the employees there do not have your best interest. And even though I was so happy moving in, I am soon walking away with regret and sadness.

I been here for over 3 years never had a problem with management, my washer was not working and Earnie from maintenance was extremely helpful and attentive. he attended the service call within the 24 hours.
The management company has changed 3 time in my 7 years renting here each one worst then the last. Parking is a nightmare the only things this complex has going for it have nothing to do with the complex itself, new local movie theater and local shopping. They have so much going for them yet still manage to drop the ball. Disappointing
Don’t be fooled by the model they show you or the way the first 2 buildings look. What they deliver on move in day is a roach ridden run down apartment that hasn’t been updated in 20 years. The manager is always “unavailable” and the maintenance staff is terrible, sometimes taking up to 2 weeks to complete a work order. Keep looking this place is a dump.
I was so excited to see these apartments until I read the horrible reviews. Unless the management has changed I would not consider living here. Air conditioners should be fixed immediately in desert heat. This is completely unacceptable treatment of renters. I will look elsewhere.
Since the first day I moved in I asked for a few things that needed to get fix and almost thru my lease now and never bothered to send anyone to fix anything. They avoid my phone calls and I can only get thru when I blocked my number. I got a few very rude comments from the so call management and issues since day one. Place is dirty and not as exclusive as I thought it was. Overall I do NOT recommend.
When I first moved into my apartments I noticed my ice maker from the fridge wasn't working I called them to let them know, they never came by to fix it. I also noticed my AC making a loud noise when I would turn it on. The AC was very disturbing when on. I notice only half of the apartment would be cool and the other half would remain hot. Later my AC starts leaking water from the ceiling onto my carpet, it's been a week and they yet haven't done a thing about it, the heat is insane. Also, you can't enjoy the pool since there are wasps taking over the area. They need new management and maintenance!
apartment's a/c broke down and it's been a week and nothing. the manager should try sleeping with her a/c off and see how she handles it. it's ridiculous, they came two days after the notice and just cleaned up the leaking water, said it was fixed, and the next day after work I come in to find the a/c leaking and water damaging the walls. deficient management.
Wonderful location, many amenities for young and old. Have enjoyed early morning walks in gated complex. Moving out in June so my apartment is open July 1. 2 bed, 2 bath, new carpet and new tile in kitchen and restrooms, new coat of paint. Full size washer dryer next to kitchen in its own closet. Walls are very well made can not hear noise but neighbors are quiet anyway. Ask for apt in 13 building. Carport, mail box, swimming pool, gym room, near building also.
There are good tenants but their needs aren't being met by the current management. Maintenance issues couldn't be discussed here theres not enough room.Perhaps someone from upper level management should pop in unannounced and take a look around.Someone should advise the manager on site that the tenants pay for the amenities and therefore have areasonable expectation for them to be in working order.That includes Jacuzzi,putting greens,basketball courts etc.Working locks on the gates might help to keep the public out of the pool you almost need a reservation in the summer(tenants rarely use it)There were a couple of late night parties this year that sounded great until the cops showed @ 4.00am maybe some security might help .How fast does grass grow?It seems the one thing we can count on at Aventine is gardeners everyday even on weekends and holidays.we have really green grass ,but watch out for the trees if you are 6ft or taller.After careful consideration ive decided that it may be time to change your brochure as your units are not as they are represented.
location and apartments are good. maintenance is good. lazy managers and sometimes rude and inappropriate. many residents have their dogs out with no leash !!
