It’s not that great Cockroaches walking all over your counters & furniture and floors makes me nauseous!

I love my apartment but don't care for the lack of the involvement of the staff to provide an enjoyable experience for the residents who need an active, social life to keep healthy.

Selling my house and moving into a place safe, comfortable and maintenance free is one of the best decisions I’ve made.

The residences are wonderful & we love the camaraderie. I would present Avenida in a good light to recruit but not in a long term (4 yrs & up) relationship due to the super high rent vs what Avenida has to offer.

This is an excellent place to make friends and to feel secure in your surroundings. The staff is extremely attentive and happy to accommodate when they can.

I am thankful for the maintenance personnel and their service.

So many activities to choose from. Most of the staff kept a sweet smile to give out daily. You will also meet some of the sweetest people there so… engage and enjoy!!!!

Good place for seniors! Very safe feeling! Friendly residents.

The doors to the resident access close too rapidly and the doors that have to be opened that are not automatically controlled are so heavy for the residents who have weak upper arm strength. are a real challenge to open.

modern, safe, great staff! only faults are loud hvac system, noisy trash pickup at 3-4 am in the morning. Happy to live here and would move in again.

Avenida Watermarq at Germantown has great activities offered each day! Maintenance employees are superb and so helpful! The pool is beautiful to enjoy a day in the sun too!!

Most here are very upset by the strict regulations enforced and we feel they infringe on our freedoms here. We feel like children who are admonished under the authoritarian rules. Many of us have experienced major losses in our lives and need to find comfort and compassion and the freedom to live in peace and acceptance and understanding. Instead of feeling like we are dwelling in an apartment, it feels more like an institution. We have also noticed that our amenities have been sharply cut way back for the amount of rent we are shelling out each month. It certainly does not live up to being a resort-like complex!

Avenida Watermarq was a God sent Home for me. From my tour ,my application and move in experience couldn’t have been easier. Peaceful living C.A

Avenida not only has the best residents and staff but also a great location. So many wonderful places are less than 5 minutes away.

The Avenida Watermarq community is wonderful. It is quiet and has lots of fun activities. The staff is friendly and are always willing to help.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Avenida Watermarq and have no desire to live anywhere else. All my needs are being met. My pharmacy, food market, dentist, optometrist and primary care physicians are minutes away.

I made a good choice when I decided to move here. The staff is so helpful and professional. I’ve made many new friends here enjoy all of the amenities. After almost 4 years,I’m still happy with my decision.

Moving in to Avenida Watermarq was the best thing I’ve done for myself! It’s great being free of maintenance issues, security issues, etc. It’s nice to have other people with like circumstances and interests close by. I’m very happy here!

The facilities and staff are tremendous, as are the residents. The City of Germantown enhances this residence immensely.

Avenida is a very family friendly community, I have only been here one month and it feels like home already!

Love living here, great people, lots of activities, desirable location, love playing all the different games and having fun!

We have wonderful community personnel, but I dislike the policies for pets. The Avenida claims to be pet friendly; however, to be fair I'd say they're PET TOLERANT. I'd love to be able to walk my dog through the building when there's inclement weather or on a sunny day. Animals are barred from all areas except access to the outside.

Other than concerns with the breakfast bar and lack of resident input, I enjoy living here. The residents are friendly and the lake views are phenomenal.
