As its name implies, the Airport District neighborhood is located next to the McAllen International Airport. Property Ratings at Avanti Valley View
I lived there when it opened and no amenities became available. Also, I had a guest over and when I stepped out for an errand prop mgr showed up assuming they lived with me. NO QUESTIONS ASKED I was denied renewal and asked to move out. harsh!
I’ve lived here since they’ve opened. None of the amenities are available. Pool has never been opened and the gym is only open at their convenience with in office hours.
