        We were relocating from overseas and we wanted to be closer to our family in California. It was very easy to find apartments, affordable and well located thanks to Avana Vista. We were able to do everything online despite being on the other side of the world. Everything went smoothly.

        Avana Vista Point is a great place to live. It’s been a great stepping stone and a comfortable place to call home. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help resolve any issues or needs. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and the property is well managed for a clean, and safe environment to live!

        O love it here. I've been a resident for 5 years. The staff is Ashleigh and Akeem are great and Joe is always there when we need him. I love all the trees and plants on the property and it stays pretty quiet most of the time.

        I love living here. I've been here for four years and haven't had any major issues. The staff is always friendly and respond as quickly as they can. The only thing I would suggest is they get security due to the rise in the homeless in the area.

        My overall experience living here has been positive. The community benefits from a friendly, responsive management team and a reliable maintenance crew that consistently meets our needs. The natural surroundings—with beautiful trees and a pleasant environment—add to the appeal of the complex. That said, there’s room for improvement. While I enjoy living here, I think it would be beneficial to more carefully vet prospective residents to ensure they align with the community’s values. This could help prevent occasional issues when individuals who might not be the best fit for our community move in. In summary, I appreciate the amazing environment and supportive community, and with a few thoughtful adjustments, I believe our apartment complex can become even better.

        Avana Vista is a great place to live. Curteous front desk staff members, maintenance has a 24hr turn around time, which is awesome & it's a very quiet property.

        Run!

        Where do I even begin with this place. We lived here for just over a year total and it was pretty much a nightmare from beginning to end. Upon move in the unit was a mess from the painters and maintenance, locks weren’t changed, outdoor lighting was shattered in both front and back patio, the bathroom door doesn’t close properly because they put it on crooked. The office is never open to the public and the staff is not helpful, nor kind. The gym and pool were closed for more than half of our time there. We had a roach infestation in all of our lighting fixtures that they simply blamed on being near water. They also tried to tell us it was our responsibility to clean up, but they would send a bug guy to spray… never did. Our complex had a homicide and a second attempted homicide to which we received no communication at all. The resolve for them was to cover our signs so the news couldn’t report our name. We were supposed to have security, but didn’t. Maintenance requests were often ignored or marked as solved, but weren’t. Our water was shut off without notice several times. We had to call the office to find out what was happening. Our first month, the water backed up in the shower and toilet causing flooding. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything above and beside you, including the family of 12 above us. The day before we moved out, I watched a man get arrested in front of my building. We got no communication when we submitted our 30 day notice. We had to contact them to find out if they even received it. The best part is, we lived there for a 14 months. We left the unit AS good as it was upon move in and they tried to not only keep our deposit, but send us a bill for more money to replace the carpet and repaint the whole unit. This complex is a joke and so is FPI management. Run!

        dangerously

        bad place! beautiful photos look nice, but in fact, everything is wrong! cars are robbed, people smoke right in the apartments! homeless people walk around the territory! if you have children pass by, it’s not safe there! managers do nothing, they just want to be paid! worst place!

        New management is unprofessional

        They have ants during ant season. Managment is very rude and they act like they should get recognized with a thank you. They are very unprofessional. The high rent is not worth the price.

        Horrible experience

        Last apartment owners were great! Moving out within the month because of the new owners. Raising rent & false photos online.. Apartmemts are not remodeled at all, shower and sinks leak and they have yet to do anything. States a non-smoking property, but people smoke all the time on their balconys. Cockroaches found recently and they have yet to send a inspector out! Horrible service for way too much money!

        Avoid

        Cockroaches EVERYWHERE, bath tubs leak, toilets over flow, everything breaks! These apartments are not built right. The insides are not remodeled and it’s not worth the price. The new management also sucks and they are not personable at all.

        Great place to live!

        When I moved to Sacramento from Fresno, I had to find a place quick, and North Country Vista was there for me. They had an apartment available to move into within two days, and everything was clean and ready. They also accommodated me by waiting two days for my deposit. While living there, I made a few service calls regarding the air conditioning/heat and the shower. The service crew came fast and got my place back-up-and-running properly in no time at all. I found living there to be very peaceful and the neighbors friendly. I moved out after living there for 9 months, because I married. If not for needing more space closer to Sacramento for my new family, I would still be there. The office staff made my move-out just as easy as my move-in. After clearing the apartment of my personal belongings, they came to inspect the apartment the following day, and no problems or disagreements came up. My whole deposit was returned in under one week. -(AJ) Najib

        management is pretty reliable

        The apartment manager is pretty reliable. Whenever I've had an issue, she was always available to send maintenance to fix it and was very helpful. I wish the apartments could be a little bigger for the price and the area.
