KC was very friendly and enthusiastic about helping my partner and me find an apartment within the community. She was easy to get hold of, by email or phone. Rarely did we have to follow up with another team member. The leasing process was quick and easy. KC answered every question and acknowledged every concern we've had. When we moved in, we found some small issues for which we submitted a maintenance request. Maintenance was able to come in within 24 hrs or the very next day. There was only one time maintenance called and apologized, that they needed to come in the next day because of an emergency. Thank you, KC and the Avana Stoneridge team!

We have lived here at Avana since June 2021 and we really like it here. It is a very quiet and family-friendly community. The common/pool area is excellent, the staff is friendly and polite. And the service is efficient whenever we need maintenance. Another thing we appreciate is the ample parking, we always have spaces for our cars and also for visitors. In short, we are very satisfied with our community.

When I was going through some personal issues, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, even provided with some valuable resources! The treated me like I was family instead of just a tenant. I’ll give it an A-. Because of my location, I DID have to deal with cockroaches. But I think the team in place goes out of their way to correct maintenance issues, so I do recommend them. I’m not crazy about paying crazy high rent, but what can you do? The rent could have been lower, but it’s high everywhere.

First impressions were great. Extremely clean and fresh exterior building paint went a long way in my decision to lease. Then I found out that customer service is just as impeccable, so the decision to lease was easy. Very clean apartment and everything working as it should.

It’s been a pretty stressful process looking at apartments. Although I went in a self-guided tour, the onsite staff was not only welcoming but professional. The complex was much nicer in person and modern and clean. The gym, while not huge had all the machines and equipment-clean and all in good condition. The pool area did not disappoint with plenty of space and areas for multiple groups of people to hang out. Again, the common areas were tidy and clean. It gives the impression that the complex is well managed and well run which is an important factor to me. Afterwards, the onsite manager was available to answer all my questions. I’ll definitely keep Avana on my shortlist!

I've never had an easier time leasing a rental unit. The staff was friendly and completely understanding when I ran into some issues. They were very welcoming, and the complex is very well maintained.

I moved into this complex in which I was inform that it would be a non smoking property and I can always call, email, or come to the office when I need assistant. Since September of 2022 I had constantly have to deal with cigarette and weed smell within my complex. At first I thought it could be coming from outside so i stop opening my windows and doors. But still day after day coming home they smell is strong and unbearable. I started calling the office in September and October and was told that I need to find out who did it. I have informed them that there is already multiple people who i see who smokes within the building and I am unable to follow them. I had even provided photos and request to switch units. But was told they can't do much about it. So I began emailing asking to changed units and the office was unresponsive. I tried going into the office, but the days I do they are unavailable. So I been emailing and waiting for some sort of solution as it began to affect my asthma. I had provided my doctors note and a copy of the city regulation, again no response. Finally March 2023... almost six month I get an email saying sorry they had a changed in staff..... and even if I was to terminate my lease I would still pay even though they had neglected me and I tried for months to get a resolutions.

Whenever we make a maintenance request by using Resident Portal. Then, maintence guys come over observe the problem first, then explained the issue in a respectful manner. Afterthat, they fixed the problem mostly at the same day. All of them are very friendly, courteous, and professional maintenace team members.
