I have lived here for a long time and consider it my comfortable home. The surrounding environment has remained beautiful and unchanged for many years. The apartment itself is also constantly striving to improve its quality. Recently, there has been an increase in families with small children. They have formed a network within this community, sharing various information and using it to help with raising children. It is wonderful. I hope to continue enjoying my life here.

Avana Rancho Palos Verdes is an extensive, affordable, delightful community. Over the years we have appreciated their immediate concern for residents and any problems or questions. And the location is special - there is a delightful park across the street that borders the ocean! Nearby gas station (lowest nearby prices), shopping, restaurants and excellent schools make living here an easy decision!

Avana Apartments are close to ocean, near shopping centers and well maintained by very responsive management and maintenence teams. Apartments are logical and professional in layout, sound proof, have extensive recreational facilities and in a safe neighborhood which is very valuable for evening walks and pets.

AVANA does not provide a quality living experience since they only care about raising rents, passing through their extra business mgmt expenses onto the tenant. They don’t really care about tenants’ safety, privacy, health or comfort.

I love living at AVANA Rancho Palos Verdes. It’s like a resort and the apartments and amenities are all 5 star. But it’s also my home. Warm. Safe. Quiet. Snuggly. Glorious views.
I have lived in this community for 12 years and enjoy a very comfortable life. The apartment is in such a beautiful and quiet environment that it is infrequent. For someone like me who loves nature and prefers a quiet life, this is the perfect place. The staff are working hard to improve our lives. In particular, I was helped many times by the quick response of the maintenance team. I appreciate it. There are also some excellent schools nearby. I think this apartment community is great for everyone.
Sub par apartment complex. Very poorly maintained and managed. Avana’s emphasis is on moving new residents in and then ignoring their requests for service.
Living at Avana is a lovely experience! I tell people all the time how much we love it here! Last Friday we just happened to see 2 groups of people in our 3rd floor hallway and I invited both groups into our apartment and even took one group on a walk to the exercise room and onto the path to Terranea! Hopefully 303 rented to a couple around our age, the daughter-in-law and grandson were so nice!
No security cameras or garages Dirty. Run down. They only want to do one thing. Raise rent.

Avana apartments provide a modern, pleasant living experience in a community known for its almost rural environment. Besides professional, attentive, listening staff, you can find activities from the ocean to horses to a 4 star resort while living in our delightful fresh air community! Come on in, the water's fine!

When i moved to Avana, i was looking for a quiet place, near nature, with lots of opportunities for outdoor exercise. I got that and more. The building and complex is well-maintained, staff is responsive and friendly, the area is absolutely gorgeous throughout day and night (an archaeological gem!), and the proximity to trails, the lighthouse, Abalone cove, Terranea, and other cool spots is exactly what I was looking for when I moved. Being a resident at AVANA, Rancho Palos Verdes is like living full-time in a luxury resort. It's fabulous! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities top of the line and we residents are blessed with a great management team and terrific maintenance department. Life is easy here, beautiful and calm. Yet it's also fun! And the VIEWS! Glorious cerulean waters, bluffs, cliff walks, hikes and beaches during the day, and sunsets that will take your breath away as the fading day seems to kiss the horizon goodnight in a blaze of luminescent yet soft, glorious color. A nice quiet place to live but common areas don’t receive the attention they deserve nor do the rules for participation in the gym get followed by some of the residents also residents failed to pick up after their dogs in and around the property

The maintenance staff and front office staff are professional and personable. The area is stunning and the residents are friendly. Avanas amenities are great for individuals and families with children of all ages.

This place is AMAZING. The staff is super friendly and responsive, complex is always clean, and of course....the location is beautiful. After 4 months of planning our move for work, Avana made the decision very easy. You could clearly tell they want you to be a part of the community and actually appreciate your residency beyond the lease execution. Keep it up Team Avana!

Only a month into living here, constant screaming, fighting and drug use in apartment above. Police called almost every night. Leslie the office person just says “my manager is dealing with it”, yet you are not allowed to know the name of said manager, let alone speak directly to that person. 3 months later, still the same story.

Loving the environment at Avana. Our unit was pristine on move in and our leasing experience was top notch. The staff are helpful and friendly and communication has been excellent. The ocean views and fresh air are invigorating.

Avana RPV is very pet friendly and has wonderful trails to walk your dog within easy walking distance from the apartments. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is nice.

I absolutely LOVE living at Avana! The location is amazing, the amenities are fantastic and it's so nice being a few steps away from the beautiful Terranea Resort. Weekend brunch at MarSel is one of my favorites. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move to a SoCal private paradise!
