There has been improvements on the complex. However, the bug issue in the building has been crazy. Roaches in the stairwell to the hallways and now made its way into the houses. They spray the rooms but has done nothing.
Everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance staff are so kind and willing to help. The neighborhood is safe and quiet as well. Highly recommend!

While management was absolutely wonderful I found a number of issues with my place upon move in. The bathroom water has a strong terrible odor, the place looked far from the model, the place was still dirty, the cleaners did not do a good job if at all.

I do like this apartment complex, it's not perfect (the dog urine in the elevator is the worse), but overall it's a nice place to live. I would like for management to consider removing the old carpet in the hallways and replacing with vinyl flooring, it would make such a difference! They should also look into the water pressure (current pressure is not strong at all).

Overall, a great place to live with great amenities and neighborhood. My only gripe as of late is the lack of transparency with the new trash hauling/compactor fee. Wish they sent out an email or letter explaining how that fee is charged since it’s not the same every month. Other than that, it’s great.

Terrible attention to residents' needs. The manager is not a good manager. The complex lost its quality with this administration. In 4 years as a resident, the complex has never been seen at this level of deterioration and neglect.

I have lived in many places all across the southeastern US and this has been my best experience by far. Service requests are answered almost immediately! The community managers live on property so are invested, personally, in the upkeep. It’s a beautiful community. I also love that it’s relatively small as compared to others in the area.

Great community !!! Great stay in the leasing office. The only thing I don’t like is that the pool is somehow always closed on major holidays like Memorial Day and 4th of July week.

On general I believe this is a great community. However there is some areas that need to be improve. Like the pet area where you can take your pets a bath need to be improve. Also the time for the club house to remain open need to be extended so the residents can take a little more relax time.

The management here is terrible. They always have something going on to come into the apartment. They have an “annual inspection” every 3 months so it’s not really annual. I would love some privacy

Been here since June 2023 and I already renewed my lease for an other year, I like the neighborhood and all, except for a few changes I feel needed to be done to accommodate everyone but it's ok
