The apartment was not completely move in ready with no closet doors in the master bedroom and missing pieces of blinds in the living room. It's been close to 2 months, and nothing is fixed and no one has provided current update as to why they are unable to get this fixed.

For the spacious apartments with tall ceilings, the price is very affordable considering apartments in the surrounding area. You can't beat having a dining room, balcony, and split vanity with two sinks in the bathroom, not to mention the walk in closet and spacious bedroom.

We have not been here a few months. Office staff is great very friendly. Maintenance is top notch. The community is well kept and very quiet. They did a walk through with us day we got keys. I love it here

Probably the worst place I’ve lived in. You can never get anyone on the phone. You always go into and outside person taking message. None of the requests were done before I moved in. Maintenance request now that I’ve moved in are hardly ever done. Worst place I’ve lived. I’ve had multiple work orders that have been completely ignored and I had to fix myself. when I toured they told me all the units were renovated, when I moved in I was given a dated unit and they showed me the hidden detail on their website that said it was a not updated. Wanted a 12 month lease and got a 15 month lease, my fault I guess for not reading closely. But f this place and the management I hate it here

An agent offered to print it from his computer, but you walked away without allowing his assistance. Also, we understand you were disappointed when we reviewed your lease with you. You were initi ally set for a 12 month lease, but then you changed the terms when you pushed your move in date back a few weeks. We hope you understand that it is never our intentions to disappoint a resident. Regarding maintenance, you didn't mention any concern. We are glad that you have agreed to meet with us again to allow us the opportunity to help. We will continue to provide the best possible service that we can within our control.

If I could give less than one star I would. My experience started when I first moved into my apartment last May. They just handed me the key without doing a walk-in with me. When I started moving my stuff in, I found too many issues. The apartment was not clean, it was not newly painted, the carpet was old and dirty, the fridge was not clean, some lights weren’t working, etc. I went to the office, and they said, “The prior tenant left a week ago, and we did not have enough time to do everything. Just go ahead and put maintenance requests.” I put in too many requests, and most of them were not addressed. Three months ago, I was planning to renew my lease, but I changed my mind because the office failed to address my complaints about a noisy Neighbor who used to play music loudly the whole weekend night and used to keep their dogs on the balcony being on my chair. Before I moved out, I called the office to do a walk-in with me and they said don’t worry just leave the key and we will send you the deposit to your new address. Ten days later, I called them again to ask about my deposit, and they gave me a number to follow up. When I called, I found the office overcharged me for stuff; like painting and cleaning. I declined all that because I cleaned the apartment, there were no holes in the wall, and I did not change anything in the painting. I also asked them for photos and receipts, and they never sent me anything. Are they trying to steal my money? Do they think I am stupid to pay money without validation? If they do not solve my issue I will sue them, and I will share my experience all over. I wish I could say this place is better but it sincerely is not. Please do yourself a favor and rent a house for this price, or better yet spend that money on a mortgage. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Stay away from here. Cheap renovations, trash management, cars broken into, lazy maintenance. Only thing good is that they have attached garages too bad it's here.

Avana Lexington has been a great community for our first month in Nashville! We have had a very positive experience with moving in, starting from setting up our first tour and having a very nice tour guide, all the way to moving in and having very quick maintenance when needed so far, we highly recommend!!

I have loved living here since the summer of 1999. It's a great place to live and I plan on staying. I love how quiet it is at night. How beautiful the grounds are. Fetch for package delivery to my door means I never have to worry about my packages.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I’ve been here for a year and haven’t had many issues but the ones I’ve had have been taken care of quickly and promptly. Alaura in the office is AMAZING. She is so sweet and helpful and has looked into any issue I’ve had while living here. I highly recommend talking to her if you’re thinking about moving here. Mark(hopefully the name is correct) from maintenance is a gem and I hope they keep him for as long as possible! He’s fixed two issues within my apartment twice and they execution was perfect! He pays attention to detail, asks questions and follows up. I don’t know where he came from but PLEASE don’t leave lol. If you’re considering moving here I highly recommend it! There have been so many improvements since I moved here and I think Avana Lexington is on their way to becoming an even better place to live in Bellevue.

Avana Lexington is in a good location for commuting to Nashville and is a nice looking complex. However, I was not satisfied with the condition of my apartment at the day of my move-in. Many appliances were not operational and my porch was unkept. I can't speak about cable service, but internet seems to be throttled at peak hours. There is also a problem with insects.

Going on my second year here at Avana Lexington and the experience has been awesome. The community is family oriented and the leasing and maintenance staff takes care of their residents.

Tenants come and go in the same month I feel. The units themselves are so poorly put together, I can here every neighbor on everyside talking or snoring or anything. Cars fly through the parkinglots. Dogs are loud. I understand the cleanup and construction. However, I have lived with it this whole month. Just not right to pay full rent with all the disruption

I have been a resident for twelve years and overall my experience has been a positive one. I love my unit, the staff is pleasant and they seem to do (within company policy) whatever possible to insure the comfort and safety of residents.

Lovely, quiet community nestled among the Bellevue hills. My apartment is spacious and has an incredible view. I just moved in but the sound isolation from neighboring apartments is excellent so far. Great pools!

In only a month at the apartment complex, my experience is subpar. Nothing stands out about the property or the service given. Ariel at the front office has been quick to assist with problems I have brought up to her which makes the experience slightly better.

Don’t move in here. Don’t even waste your money on an application. The only good thing is the apartment layout, and friendly maintenance staff. Everything else from management to office staff is absolutely horrible. The office staff is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. Just to get our lease was a horrible experience. We called, emailed and had to at one point physically drive to the office just to get the manager to send us our lease. No one ever picks up the phone or calls back. The apartment itself- the layout is great. But management obviously did not do a walk through before giving new tenants (us) the keys. Place was disgusting and multiple broken and damaged things.. interior and appliances. The new delivery service, Fetch, that Avana Lexington contracted out is horrible. We pay expedited delivery/ prime subscriptions and still… package delivery is extremely delayed and no communication on/from app for actual door delivery. We had to drive to the Fetch location to pick up our packages only to see it is severely understaffed and overused to the point where receiving packages is nearly impossible, clearly Avana did not look at the location or actual service.. just settled on the cheapest option. The only reason we still rented here is because Avana dragged out sending us a lease for a month… 1 week before our move in date and 2 1/2 weeks before our other lease at the time ended and we unfortunately did not have the time or option to look elsewhere for time purposes. We will never recommend this place to anyone or renew our lease here.

Avana Lexington is a great place to raise a family. The amenities are world class, the community makes you feel like family, and the management staff is helpful, and friendly. I have kids that came to Nashville for college. I wanted someplace Nice and safe. The apartment boasts updated units, and maintenance available when needed. Not true!! You are told that you sign the lease before seeing the unit. They will indeed show you another unit to bait you but you will not see yours until move in date. The unit we got was a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. The unit was not prepped at all. loose fixtures, water stains on the ceiling damp smell, countertops and drawers that were broken. Those were small issues. The big issue is the overcharging. I have followed the lease to the letter. You are required to have Electric, Gas, and Insurance at signing or they apply a 50 fee to your bill, and 11 insurance charge, I had all the entire time, but they still charged it faithfully. I asked for the funds back and always have been dismissed. BE CARFUL .

I never thought I would live in a large suburban apartment complex but the complex has a neighborhood feel with residents walking their dogs and exercising and greeting each other. Balconies also lend to a more neighborly feel. I thought initially valet trash was a weird luxury but I really have grown to appreciate it. Also having a washer/dryer in the unit is invaluable. Maintenance works hard and is friendly even when I have a stupid question about my water heater.

With the rent so exorbitant it is truly remarkable that the mail room is in such a mess that no packages ever make it to you on time not to mention the abhorrent time it takes to have maintenance completed.

We are right there with you regarding the package room, it is unbelievable that so many things are purchased online, and how the package room easily accommodated our 600 homes (roughly 1200 people) but the volume of online packages delivered daily, paired with slow resident pickup time, has really crowed that space. We hear there will be adjustments made to the package room in the future. Regarding maintenance, we are happy to announce that we have a full team, after the really rough season that Property Management experienced. I love my Avana Lexington apartment and its convenient location both to Bellevue and I-40; I can get most places very quickly by hopping onto the interstate just down the street. The maintenance staff is kind and responsive, and I feel very safe living here. Love the outdoor pool in summer!
