A beautiful, peaceful community with friendly staff and great amenities. An overall great place to call home! 4/5 stars due to slow response times from maintenance in the past, but hopefully that improves with recent changes in crew.

Love the surrounding neighborhood, the amenities, supportive office staff. But, not so much the parking issue. Also wish there was a recycle bin and/or trash valet service accommodated this.

Hello! Thank you for the 4 stars! We hear you on the parking! We were built with mostly garages and carports and less open spaces. Reach out to the office for 1 month free on a garage if you are interested. Unfortunately, recycling is very difficult in multi-family as the recycling rules are very strict. Once a bin is contaminated, the entire bin cannot be used for recycling. But something to look into for sure! Thank you, Michelle Rzenca

Our move in was not ideal. We had problems from day one, and they never seemed to end. The reason I can still with good conscious give such a high star review is because the staff makes all the difference. All the women in the front office will go above and beyond to help.

Is a peaceful place. In front of a beautiful park. Near everything with excellent location. The apartment have a very good distribution space and well proportioned rooms. Beautiful amenities. Content with living here enough to renew my lease another year. Within the last month have however been bombarded with inconveniences such as last minute paving, fire alarm testing, and other similar sorts. Understand the importance of it all, but scheduling or at least notifications seem last minute. Email communications could use some clean up as new management has been introduced (again). Accommodations are good and area is perfect

The community is in a great location in Chandler - right off the 101 and Ray. There are 2 really nice parks within walking and biking distance. Lots of shopping and places to eat in the area as well. Overall, a very quiet community.

I have lived at Avana Coronado for 3 years and have always found it very convenient to many places to shop, eat and access freeways. The complex is quiet and I don’t hear any noisy children running around. The main pool is always well organized and clean. The maintenance team is friendly and helpful. The office staff is incredible and efficient! Great place to live if you’re looking.

There are Horrible wait times for service requests no matter how severe and proper communication is usually failed. Sitting here without a working ac unit while I see maintenance put on empty apartments being prepped for releasing.

I love where I live! The parks are so convenient, the community is kept clean & the pools are beautiful. My neighbors are friendly really making this feel like a community vs a temporary living situation. Maintenance is responsive & the events are so fun!

I've lived here a short time and have met some really nice people. When submitting a request for any maintained work it gets done which I appreciate thank you. However the grounds need alot of cleaning for new tenants it's not very inviting when walking the area. One plus it's very convenient to everything for shopping and my work. I'm hoping yo make this my home for awhile we will see.

The complex is relatively quiet. It is in a great location with 2 very nice parks within walking distance. It is also very close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

People within the community and in the office are great but buildings are older which has lead to issues here and there and maintenance is not the best at following up and seeing a project all the way through or completing work fully.

I LOVE our apartment!! The high ceilings make it feel almost like a townhouse, and I love that the complex puts on events for residents. It is a very family-friendly place to live, and it’s in a great location. I give it four stars because it’s often hard to find a parking spot near my unit after 7-8pm. If I come home past 9 or 10, then I usually have to park across the complex. You can rent a covered parking spot or garage for $45-$75 extra a month, but I’d prefer if there were more free parking options.
