I absolutely love living at this property! From the moment I moved in, everything has been top-notch. The amenities are fantastic—beautifully maintained grounds, and an awesome pool! What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. The office team is always friendly, responsive, and on top of everything. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and professionally. And the maintenance crew? Amazing. They’re prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about keeping everything in great shape. Any time I’ve needed assistance, the response has been fast and the issue resolved right away. This property feels more like a community than just an apartment complex. Avana City Park is one of the best places I have rented from. Although I have lived in several gated communities in Illinois and Florida, I never felt as safe and at peace as I do living here. The maintenance staff is one of the best I’ve ever seen.

Avana City Park Apartments is a great place to live. I love the location and the fact that they are always updating the property as well as keeping it clean. The maintenance staff are polite and helpful. I have lived in several apartment complexes in Illinois, Indiana and Florida, however Avana has the best maintenance crew by far.

The community or residential complex is located in a very privileged area with direct access to Tampa, close to shopping centers, large supermarkets, and other surrounding facilities. The complex as a whole responds to the tenants' demands, as it is equipped with a good maintenance plan and responds to problems that may arise.

Do not come here unless you want to be treated like garbage. I came here for a tour. I showed up on time, there were two women working in the leasing office. The leasing agent didn’t ask me how I was doing, why I was looking in the area, my name, any features that are important to me or anything. She took my I.D and gave me the key to the apartment so I could tour myself. Their was a gate that blocked the apartments that we didn’t have a key fob to get through so I saw nothing and left immediately. The pool area had leaves around it and in the pool. The gates were open, the grounds were unkept. They obviously don’t care or want any new residents.

On Easter Sunday the remote that operates the light and fan in my bedroom stopped working with the light on, and there was no way I could turn it off. I submitted a work order online and they responded and disconnected the control and came back Monday and replaced a part. Think about that; they responded on Easter Sunday.

This is a nice, clean and very safe complex. No loud speaking or noises to distract you from sleep, very clean as in no bugs in your apt, and very close to U.S. 19 highway which is very convenient,

Maria my leasing agent was phenomenal and I love my retreat among the trees. If you love the beauty of nature and being surrounded by it this is the place for you. Too many new apartments with no shade and small vegetation!

When I first became a resident at Avana City Park almost 4 years ago the leasing office would have "resident/get to know your neighbors" parties. Now it seems that the events (including competitions for who has the best holiday decorations, etc.) seem to be every two weeks! In addition, they have the "Big Red Bus" here to donate blood and with COVID the bus is here about every...well, 10 days.

Everyone has been very welcoming. I came from Ohio on short notice for a job position and the staff was willing to work with me to help me find a place to live. Management is more responsive and the communication is much better than previous places I've stayed in. I say keep up the good work! I'm happy that I moved to Florida and the staff at Avana City Park made my transition easier.

Nice enough apartment complex that they are working to update and renew, but really they are putting paint on old problems. The staff and maintenance department are fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating while acknowledging our requests in a timely manner.

This is the best apartment complex we have ever lived at and our family has traveled a lot. Its quiet, has plenty of amenities, and feel safe even close to the interstate and shopping. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
