This is by far the worst apartment I’ve ever had . Especially for the price . Since we moved in things were broken that 2 years later no one has fixed , management never returns calls . I’ve had mold in every bathroom , sink , window , under the sink . My kitchen cabinets are literally crumbling and they never came , they’ve never fixed my laundry door . The two bedroom apt next to me literally has 10 -15 people living there at a time and they leave trash everywhere . This place is disgusting , all amenities are usually broke

If I were to rate from 1 - 10, I would give Avana chandler a 7. There were to many minor things to overlook that made the first week here put a frown on my face, with that being said, maintenance did show up to fix some things but was obviously overwhelmed. The main issue was the shower, the knob was broken and we were unable to shower for the first two days, this is Arizona, that is a must! Management so far is great and I can’t complain at all with their service. I would still recommend moving here but be sure to check all things before the move in day.

Everything in my apartment is breaking. I barely can go one week without something going wrong. I have called countless times as well as going to speak to the office manager. No one seems to care that my apartment is not a safe place for me to live. I no longer wish to live here because of the inability to live with the essential working utilities that an apartment NEEDS to have. It is absolutely astounding to me that these apartments are able to stay open with this type of mistreatment to their tenants. I will be spreading the word to others that these apartments are not suitable living facilities.

The complex is nice and quiet. I love my townhouse but the amenities that are included in rent never works. Pool always dirty. Washer or dryer go out and people wait a long time. The gym is the only thing out the amenities you ll get to enjoy. Maintenance takes forever and sometimes check they did your maintenance request and they did nothing.

When I moved in I expected everything to be as it showed on the pics. Although, I did a walk thru after signing, I did not find out about a leak in one of my bathroom sinks and my dryer not working and looking like someone stomped on it until I moved in. Maintenance is terrible and almost a month later, I still do not have a dryer and no indication of when I will get one. Rent is affordable, but maintenance takes 30 plus days to fix anything, and management changes 3 times a year. Otherwise location is great, rent is fine, and people are SUPER friendly!

Stay far away. Long unfulfilled critical maintenance orders due to understaffed maintenance crew despite being operated by a $76 billion private equity firm. They made their billions by cheaping out by failing to do things like be adequately staffed

Great area to live but place is horribly managed and is falling apart. Leasing office does not make you feel like they care. Maintenance requests after months still haven’t been addressed. Or updated. Missing kitchen drawers and broken drawers since move in. Move in ready units are honestly not move in ready. Unless you like living in a unit with issues..

Unfortunately, our experience in this apartment has been marred by several issues. Recently, a bathroom overflow incident occurred causing water to flood into the kitchen. Additionally, there are multiple cosmetic issues present: the sliding screen door doesn't close properly, the sliding doors for the laundry room are broken and also don’t close properly and the living room window is unable to open, this is some of many flaws. Managing these cosmetic flaws has been challenging, requiring constant efforts to conceal them because management hasn’t reached out or tried to resolve the issues (there has been multiple work orders and phone calls, as well as speaking to someone in the office) Overall, while the apartment has potential, addressing these maintenance and cosmetic issues would greatly improve the living experience.

I have lived here for about 7yrs. There has been ups and downs regarding maintenance but it's gotten better with maintenance responses. I love this complex.

I have been living here for some time and like the townhome set up of the apartments. Maintenance request can take some to be addressed, but the quality of work done when it's addressed is good.

I would never recommend this place to live in. There is essentially no maintenance and there is zero accountability from management.

Maintenance is not performed and requests are just cleared like they don't exist. I have submitted several requests about plumbing issues (leak in shower took 3 requests to fix) - now glazing from tub has bene peeling for months and clogging the drain and I have submitted 3 requests and it still is not fixed. The screens on windows are ripped and have been since move in - I have submitted 4 requests for repair and they have not responded. The pools have only been open about 3 months of the 9 months that have been here - there is a big crack in front pool and the back pool is "Waiting on parts" is the excuse. I love the location and am fine with older apartment - but they don't repair or upkeep or act like issues matter at all. They only time they reacted to maintenance issues was when a possible buyer for property was making random visits, so they did a SWAT Maintenance repair and did a bunch of clean up of the open requests. This is just so very disappointing.
