Avana Bellevue is a great place to live with clean amenities, friendly staff, and spacious floor plans. The community is quiet and safe to go for walks, chat with neighbors, or explore the surrounding community. It is in a great location relative to grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The apartment was clean when I moved in and any issues were fixed within a day.

The two weeks I have been living here have been great. The area is quiet and clean (garbage comes 5 days a week) and I feel safe walking my dog at night. They are pet friendly which is a huge plus. All of the appliances that came with the apartment work well and the apartment itself is quite spacious. So far I have been content with living here though it has only been two weeks so there has yet to be any issues or need to communicate with the office so I have no comment there. I definitely would recommend checking this place out!

Community is safe in general. Not taken care well in the hall ways of the building (Not clean and some lights are off). Maintenance is slow and may not be completed for some irrational excuses.

This has been one of my best rental experiences ever. I move frequently because of my job, so I have not been able to settle in one place and buy a home. I have moved a lot for my job, Avana Bellevue has been one of my favorite places to live. It’s safe and clean, I have great neighbors and although it’s so close to everything I need it feels tucked away and quiet at night. Management and maintinence staff have been helpful in every situation. I have a renovated apartment, it is cute with lots of light and outdoor space…and affordable considering the market. Short term lease was helpful when I was moving and not sure of my work plans, I loved it here and was happy to resign. Highly recommend.

If you looking for a apartment the new mini that is maintain to the upmost respect of their residence then this is your place. I have lived here over six months and would not trade it in unless I was buying another house. My neighbors are so respectful and the property is maintained on a daily basis. Also the property is not too far from downtown Nashville without the hustle and bustle of the city noise.

A very quiet, clean community with spacious apartments. The natural lighting from the bay windows sets this apartment apart from any other Ive lived in. The new management is wonderful and maintenance is quick to help with any issues.

The apartments are fairly nice but the leasing office is absolutely terrible to deal with. I paid my rent 8 days early and they tried charging me almost $200 in late fees for absolutely no reason.

We understand that this month was a new process for all now that utilities are paid to the office directly as opposed to a third party site as was the case with prior management. We did reverse any late fees associated with utility balances this month, due to the process change. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Avana is a very nice community inside and out. The grounds are well kept, and the staff is very helpful and responsive. It is the best "bang for your buck" in the Bellevue area.
