It's a good quiet place to live. Sometimes with maintenance issues it takes several calls to get things resolved. I know they are in a transition period
Rent is too expensive for sub par units. Everything is outdated and breaks often. Getting maintenance to fix anything is a struggle due to waiting for 2 months for simple service requests to be tended to.
Keisha was great to work with and helped every step of the way. The area is kept up and the apartments are nice and the neighbors are very friendly.
I love it here! I recommend this place as a nice place to live. It is quiet and has many stores near by, and there are places to eat near the apartment complex.
Amazing management, very understanding, very helpful. Always kind. The office is a very clean and calm environment. Keisha is super friendly and answers all questions that I have!

I haven’t had any issues with my apartment to have to contact management/maintenance! That says a lot!! Other than some neighbor issues I’m happy here!!
Staff is helpful. Any issues with anything u0dates are given promptly. Neighbors are nice. Quiet area too which is good for working at home.

I've been here for 3 years now, and I still love it here. The neighborhood is beautiful, the people are friendly, and the staff is the best.
Thus apartment community is great! I have never had problems with the neighbors as they are all quiet and respectful. The grounds are always clean and the staff has always answered any questions or needs.

It’s a good place to stay and Kisha is very nice and went out of her way to help us as we moved in and made the whole process very simple and easy.
I love my apartment and the location! The office staff is very friendly! The management company has not scheduled any cleaning, maintenance, or updates to my building in 3 years. I have had a rotten food smell coming from my garbage disposal for months and they say because none of the staff can smell it they won't do anything. My friends and family can smell it. Very frustrating!

Pretty quiet neighborhood and u can only hear things happening directly outside of the apartment. You can't hear neighboring apartments. Pretty good overall
Incredibly comfortable living area and overall really great environment. Sometimes the outside of the places may seem a tad dingy, but actually living inside is quite calm and cozy. Definitely a place you can call home when moving in and the staff are incredibly kind, accommodating, and willing to help you with your move in. Also straight forward in telling what you need and are willing to help if you reach out.
I have lived at Avalon Place for a few years now, and I love it. The neighbors are friendly, the staff is great, and the ground are beautiful. I highly recommend you checking it out.
Okay place, just expect to do majority of the maintenance yourself!! Expect loud neighbors, big disappointment on wanting quiet here!! Other than that, great staff at leasing office!!

Comfy apartment, good neighbors and quite , what’s not to like. The off ice staff is always very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff is always helpful.

The community is a very nice place to live. The apartments are close to shops and restaurants. I hes4d there is a new snow removal contractor this year. I hope they perform better than previously as snow and ice removal has been an issue

I love the location of the apartment..It’s not far very many stores and there’s tons of fun activities in the area! It’s also a very friendly dog area, which is awesome for us because it helps our dog feel more comfortable!

I have good neighbors. Need more maintenance staff. Pool is clean through out the summer months. Pet friendly community!! It’s really nice to have a dishwasher, especially for the elderly!!
I've lived here in a townhome here for almost a year and I would recommend it for sure for anyone looking for an affordable, pet friendly rental. It has the normal rental pitfalls. You are going to find some stray paint, or a weirdly fixed closet door, that kind of thing. A normal amount of bugs - they obviously do a great job with pest control. Location is great. Walking distance to the library, Schavey Plaza, an elementary school, and best of all, to the dog park. The leasing office throws the occasional social event, and the pool is pretty nice.
Enjoy my stay there and Management have been very helpful .love the location and the convenience of the location. Would recommend to others as a place to stay.

It is located in a very good area close to many things. The downside is in the winter sidewalks and parking lots are not cleared in a timely manner
Mostly ok, apartment is pretty outdated and rent is a bit high considering I’ve lived in the same apartment for 7 years with only minor repairs no improvements.
Great quiet place to live - pet friendly and nice neighbors. Carport is a major plus. The washer is pretty small (especially for the price) which is disappointing.
I like the area and my neighbors. It's really pretty here and people keep to themselves for the most part. If I start a conversation with a neighbor they seem nice.
Property is great! Maintenance of building and grounds is very minimal. Very sad and unfortunate! Trees overlap sidewalks, dirty carpet, dirty cracked window, dirty vents, stair railings stained and dirty.
This is a very nice area to live in! The apartments are very nice and roomy! The patio is a great place to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sun.

Always friendly and helpful with any issue. I have been a resident since 2002 and the office staff and maintenance have responded in a professional manner.
My fiance and I have been here for the last 3 years. We haven't had much issue with the place since being here, but if there is one thing that would help is maybe updating the patios on the upper levels. There a little worn down and we love sitting out on the deck.
Have not had any problems. The staff answers any questions immediately and are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are generally kept very well and looking nice.
Avalon place has its ups and downs like every apartment place does but this one is a Good place to live with a great location. Schools within walking distance and a little shopping mall as well with a pizza place, Chinese restaurant and Mexican in one walking distance
I've been here for 2 years, and I've enjoyed every second of it. The staff is friendly, and whenever there's an issue, the response time is fairly quick. Highly recommend this place
Only been here a few months but so far it’s quiet, the neighbors are great, staff is friendly, and the one and only maintenance request I had to put in was dealt with quickly and professionally
I really don’t have any issues living here! Quiet area and nice neighbors! Pool is always clean! One thing would be maybe they could trim some of the branches that are dead!
We have a positive experience here and whenever there’s an issue maintence is sent over pretty fast. Staff is always friendly and neighborhood is pretty quiet.
