I recently visited Cortland Perimeter Park for a friend who is moving to the area. Firs off, the staff was amazing. The office team was very knowledgeable and not only answered my questions, but anticipated some of my friend's needs that we hadn't even thought about. This community was clean and blew me away from the moment I arrived. The grounds were immaculate and they offered a variety of high end amenities. Plus, the apartments were well designed and offered all the bells and whistles. Definitely my favorite community that I have visited so far!

Cortland Perimeter Park is a community you will be proud to call him. The dog park is conveniently located, has plenty of space for dogs to run around, and is a great spot to meet other pets and residents in the community. In terms of location, there are many places nearby for shopping, dining, and entertainment purposes. It is also a short drive to the airport, which is great for when family comes to visit. The office team is always so accommodating, and genuinely want to help, no matter the request. Maintenance is super responsive and professional when handling service requests. We arrived in the rental office needing a apartment immediately and Mr. Kyle made it happen. We love are apartment and the location as well as our garage. Very big and plenty of room for storage. The staff here are professional and helpful. No matter what needs you have from them, they always try to make your life easier.
As new NC residents, we researched several apartment communities in the Raleigh, Cary and Morrisville areas prior to selecting a new apartment home. Cortland Perimeter Park was the best option. The apartments are modern with lots of natural light, competitively priced and well maintained.
Cortland at Perimeter Park is an absolutely wonderful place to call home! It is my plan to continue residing here until I relocate to Northern Georgia.
A beautiful community that is very well supported by management and staff. Lots of shopping and parks, such as Lake Crabtree, are just down the road.
Finding a smoke-free community with attention to maintaining that policy was the highest priority and consideration when planning our relocation: Cortland Perimeter Park met that requirement uniquely in the RTP area and amenities such as the dog park, exercise equipment, and recent construction are additional quality differentiators. From initial contact by email, during our guided tour and application process, through move-in and settling in to the community, the high quality communication and attention to detail from the property management staff has been exceptional. Their kindness and consideration is invaluable when moving also includes other changes like new job, new state / city, and so on. Very happy to join this community!
This has been a great to live. The location is convenient to my office, the airport and plenty of shops. As more leisure activities are moving into the in the coming years, this community is perfectly positioned to continue to providing a great living experience.

Quality apartments in a clean and friendly complex. The amenities are great, and the area is both secluded and safe. Mix all of that with very reasonable rental rates, and I am very glad to have made the decision to move here!
My wife and I have been dealing with an issue since we moved in. Out upstairs neighbors have been smoking marijuana and blasting music at 1am. Weve taken all the necessary steps to make the office aware but no resolution. Horrible place to live

We moved into Cortland Perimeter Park in 2020 while dealing with the Covid-19 Pandemic and they made it so easy. The apartment is clean, modern, quiet and a great place to live. It has a great location and I recommend it whole heartedly to anyone.
The management and community team at Cortland are friendly and fantastic. I get addressed by name every time I see them and always feel welcomed. Other team members and maintenance are always easy to talk to and very professional. They seem to listen to what community members have to say and will do their best to fix issues immediately. The additional virtual and community events they have are always fun, as it helps me get to know my neighbors too. Overall, I have enjoyed my time here greatly!

Cortland is honestly such a great company to lease with. We love the flexibility of being able to transfer our lease, how courteous everyone is, and how well maintained the facilities are! Prices are competitive and the little things, like trash pick up, make such a big difference.
Ive been here over a year, I have moved to from a 1 bed to a 2 bed while living at Cortland and the office staff was awesome in assisting with the transition. Definitely the best complex I've ever lived in. On top of that it's safe and clean!

Cortland perimeter park is the perfect place to live if you are a young professional working in the area. Its close to many companies and there are some good restaurants near by. Its a great value for money with clean and new apartments and luxury amenities at an affordable price!
This apartment community has exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy I moved here!
Cortland has completely taken advantage of us after we moved out about a month ago. We left a minor "stain" (more like a darkened area that develops gradually over time, from frequent foot traffic) on our living room carpet, in front of the couch. I've rented many different apartments over the years (probably over a dozen), and most of them have developed this same discoloration in this area in front of the couch by the end of the lease term - it's what's known as normal wear and tear. In every other apartment I've rented, I've never been charged a dime for this kind of discoloration, as it has always been removable with a steam cleaner. But Cortland claimed that a steam cleaner did not work (keep in mind, I have no proof that they even tried to steam clean the area first, as we were not contacted at any time during their inspection process to discuss any of their findings). So, without contacting us about it at all beforehand, they decided to do a full re-carpeting of not just the living room area, but the entire unit (which was totally unnecessary, as the carpeting throughout the rest of the unit (dining room, bedrooms, etc.) was in perfect condition). They then claimed that we were responsible for the cost of the full-unit re-carpeting, rather than just the living room portion, and that we owed them $682 for this. This is the first time in all my years of renting that I've had a landlord try to take advantage of me like this. Be warned - this place boasts about their "superior customer service" compared to the competition, and that was a big reason for why I ultimately decided to live here. But looking back, I realize that this was just to get us to sign the lease. No respectable business would attempt to take advantage of their customers like this, and for that reason I will be steering clear of all Cortland properties in the future.
