I love living at Park West. I've been here 13 years. The management and the entire team are wonderful. That’s why I’ve been here for 13 years. The location is also in a nice area near downtown Atlanta and the surrounding stores. I love it here.

NOT satisfied. Yes, I desperately needed a place but not this desperate. I feel trapped in a contract. I have lived here before and things were not this bad. I can't pay my rent online because I haven't been sent a link to connect yet. I've asked for the last 3 months and then feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I bring in my rent check after having to request leave from work to bring it. None of my maintenance request have been completely fulfilled and I'm having a bad feeling that I wont be able to use the clubhouse for an upcoming birthday. We'll see how that goes. 10/10 I wont recommend. Although I was really hoping it would be a great experience this time around.

Park West is a hidden gem in the city of Atlanta. Minutes away from local attractions. Spacious affordable and nice my family and myself love to call this place home.
The apartment's landscaping is always kept, rooms are nice sizes & walk-in closet. Very convenient to the interstates.

We stayed in Avalon for 2 yrs and have seen management change at least 4x. The apts are RAT infested and very trashy. The residents let their kids trash the whole complex. Not all but some. residents. Whenever we put in a work order it was days and days before someone come to check out the problem. The only time they want to do some repairs or work orders only when they come for Inspection. Faking and fronting. The staff that's a different chapter. However our deposit was never returned and it's been over 30 since we moved and apt was clean. Everytime I inquire abt our deposit it's always they gonna call corporate office and find nothing. So glad we moved couldnt have made a better choice. But we want our deposit I dont care if it's a $1 We want it. Bottom line Dont move here you will not like it.

We have pest control that treats our community to prevent any pest issues from occurring. I am not aware of any rodent infestations, but if this is happening, I ask that any resident who sees it please report it to us immediately. We were short-staffed on our service team for a period which caused some delays in addressing service tickets. However, we are now fully staffed and are working to take care of all resident concerns in a timely manner. Allthough it is a convenient location, accessible to the city. We were told that we would get the ceiling kitchen lighting that was in the model. Upset we fell for the okie doke. We were also told that our foyer and patio were to be cleaned / power washed. It is embarrassing when our guest stop visit and see rubbish, spider webs and pest in the walkway. We have asked countless times and put request in over a year. No sweeping or cleaning done. The people in the community don't respect the property. They trash the place.

I just wanna say how lovely and modern these apartments are they are cozy and inviting. I also wanna thank the office staff for being there and always helping me out with any issues I need help with they are incredible. Beware, the employees are not very professional. Its a nice looking complex at first glance, but consider ALL of your options before signing a lease.
The units are nice maintenance need to provide better service for the residents specially those that abide by there lease and good rent payers
I have lived here for 6 months and I love it. It's quiet and the property manager Ms.Betty is the BEST.
I love my apartment and i love the staff.
After requesting a work order 2months ago I'm happy it's finally completed. I feel that the staff was very unprofessional upon my first request. Me being told "We have 6 air conditioners down mam this is not that important." Also, after calling back weeks later to check on my work order being told that she's already taken the request and the team will get to it when they can. I asked about the emails that I should've recieved when the order was created, followed with a rude response and NO EMAIL! Thereafter, weeks later I tried again...the staff was then compliant and made sure all was well.
Management dont respond in a timely manner to major maintenence issues !
I love living at Avalon Park Family my only big concern is with safety. The gate always seems to be broken. People are always coming in using the keypad with out actually having the parking pass. My apartment has not had any major concerns other than my AC. I can't talk about other people apartments. It just needs to be better communication from management to Residence.
Avalon Park Apartments have a great staff. However I think they should clean the hallways more often.
With the exception of danger from robbers and people that would do harm. I like my home. I appreciate the staff.
I have been here for over three years. I've had a few problems with the unit and it took too long to fix. We now have a new maintenance team and the service have improved a 100%. I've had a broken ceil fan for over 6 months the new team fixed it the next day after speaking to them, now that customer service.
I have been living here at Avalon Park going on four years. I love the community events that management puts together for both the senior and family side. We had a wonderful Valentine Day! Fun was had by all. It is great to see the seniors and young folks mingling together enjoying each other. It is a family oriented community.
The ladies in the office know exactly what they are doing. If I have any concerns I know that they will be catered to, so I don't think twice about it.
I am at home still at Avalon. I really want the community surrounding Avalon to be cleaner and safer.
1) The property manager is very rude and uninterested in the property she is over, nor the issues that go on within the property. Basically, because the people in the office don't live there. its like Cops policing communities they aren't familiar with so there is no connection...no care. 2) Just because this particular property is IN the middle of a not-so-affluent part of the city is no reason my wife and daughter can't feel safe WITHIN the gates of the property. She shouldn't have to go from the car to our home with her firearm in one hand and our daughter in the other. 3) The entrance and exit Gates(and the arm) are constantly not working. Whenever the arm isn't working 5-10 cars can come onto the property behind 1 person with a key-card, and parking is limited. Whenever the whole gate isn't working at all then the property is open season for car break-ins, apartment break-ins, people speeding through not caring for children and families that could be out. 4) What happened to security enforcement and enforcing the parking by either the bright stickers or towing cars that don't belong? Why not bring back the spikes at the gate that pop back up immediately after a car rolls over so there are no piggy-backing in And not entering in the exit gate(even if the exit gate malfunctions, they still can't come flying in the exit) What happened to evicting problem tenants(and problem children) that can't obey the rules? What about utilizing the cameras that anyone letting someone piggy-back in behind then gets a fine added to their rent. Anyone letting their trash fall off their car and not retrieving it has a fine added to their rent. Anyone(or their children) seen(on camera) pulling the fire alarm is fined and/or issued eviction notice. Anyone(or friends of) seen hitting, pushing with your vehicle or any way damaging the gate or walk-in gate has a fine added to their rent and possibly eviction notice. Our point is, there are plenty of people that would love to live in a beautiful community like Avalon Park but its the bad seeds that needs to go in order for the property to feel like your other properties feel....clean, affordable and safe.
Pretty nice, gated community , would be better if in a more suburban area
