Resident experience is satisfactory so far. Parking lot repairs/improvements are now underway which will be great once complete. Management addressed all issues upon move in with apartment.

I enjoy living here! When I have problems they are taken care of promptly. It’s clean and has a lot of different birds that live in the surrounding woods (such as bald eagles) and the floor plans are all pretty good. The amenities are good and the gym has a variety of equipment.

I’ve lived here three years and I’ve always felt safe here. Maintenance has always been helpful when there were problems. I’ve really enjoyed the dog park and so has my dog. Neighbors are friendly and I’ve made lots of connections here.

The management really cares about all of the residents. They always attempt to find activities for us that everyone will enjoy. The range of residents is from newborns to elderly folks. They even provide activities for the dogs.

Everything has been great so far. I like the valet living for the trash. The amenities are great. I have noticed that they tend to put in a lot of care and attention to the upkeep of the property.

The apartment has a lot of damage from the previous tenant. A cabinet door was broken and falling off, the kitchen sink cabinets have a massive amount of water damage the bathroom drawers were rotten and painted over, broken blinds, multiple pot holes in the main thoroughfare. Valet trash didn’t run as scheduled (the completely missed our first pickup) paint drips on the hardwood throughout the unit. So far we’re pretty disappointed

I have lived here for a little over a year and it has been nothing short of amazing! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Maintenance requests get taken care of in a timely manner. The amenities are absolutely amazing and very well kept!

The staff here at Avalon are always incredibly quick to respond and so nice about everything! The location being so close to the interstate is also very convenient. The amenities are my favorite part as well as the amount of resident activities and food trucks!

It’s been a somewhat good experience. The staff is amazing and the dedication they have to make this place a home is really comforting and great to see. My one thing is that in our building we have people who are smoking that causes discomfort and a smell to our apartment. It’s gotten to the point that I’m outside in my terrace and the smell is right under me. Or even at the kitchen and it comes from next door. We’ve called before but nothing was done and it’s truly not great because this certain smell is a problem for our medical issues.

I have lived here since January and every experience has been amazing! I love how attentive the management is, and on top of it the maintenance team is. If I put an order in for work on my apartment it’s done so fast. I love the amenities and all the fun things they do like food trucks or craft nights too!

I moved into my apartment in December. No problems so far. I love sitting out on the screened in balcony. I can’t speak for any other building, but my neighbors are pretty quiet. Being close to shops and restaurants are a plus, not to mention the interstate right there!

I enjoy the neighborhood and the maintenance does a good job to keep everything in order. Unfortunately even with the no smoking in the apartment policy we still smell smoke coming into our apartment quite often from people smoking outside on the porch and I believe in their bathrooms.

I’ve been here at Avalon for 4 years . In that time me and my family have had nothing but excellent experience ! Whenever there’s a maintenance issue it’s always addressed promptly and with care. The community is quiet and the amenities are always taken care of and available. There’s always some sort of improvement going on as well so you know your rent money is being put to good use !

I have been living here for almost a year now and I still have no regrets renting this apartment. I would've given a five star but I'm having 1 issue. I wish you built the patio floor a little better. I live on the 1st floor the 2nd floor patio's dirts come down to me all the time. I don't own cat and yet I have to clean cat's hair on my table and floor constantly. I pick up cigar wrappers too mostly and I don't even smoke. It is frustrating to clean somebody else's mess. I am not a pet owner nor a smoker and yet I have to clean my patio like them.

As we approach our 2 year anniversary as residents, we could not be more pleased with our decision to move here! Love our home, our neighbors, and the location. My family and I have enjoyed living here. We are excited to start swimming again, but during the colder months we have enjoyed the tanning bed, gym and the reading nook.

Nice place with a mostly quiet neighborhood. Parking is an issue (spots are hard to find after 5pm) but other than that everything is good and well kept.

Living at Avalon has been a great experience! The location is convenient, the apartments are modern and spacious, and the amenities are well-maintained. My experience at Avalon has been great. The clubhouse which includes a pool table, tv’s, library, computers and so, is a great place to host a large gathering. All the amenities are great and the grounds are well kept. The dog park is awesome! The staff is very friendly and quickly responds to all your questions or concerns.

We have been part of this community for 5 years. We love living here at Avalon. The location is near everything. The property management and staff are professional and very helpful. The maintenance crew are fantastic. It's been a great experience.
