Property Ratings at Avalon Apartments
Avalon is a great place to call home. They provide activities weekly and the staff is wonderful and makes sure all tenants are taken care of like family. The response of the maintenance crew is always rapid and they are all very polite. The clubhouse and the entire property is safe and also very clean. Moving on process was very easy and registration for renters Insirance was greet. They also provide all lnformation needed for the cable company as wells as electric company which helps us when we are new in town. I highly recommend making Avalon your home.
Living here is great when you think about the community that you have and all of the amazing staff that make you feel welcome every time you see them.
wonderful community, very happy with my experience. Staff is very helpful and all the neighbors are all very friendly. Would recommend to any one interested.
Friendly staff, great amenities; like the pool, clubhouse, gym, tanning and large dog park for dogs. Don’t forget about the car wash and doggy wash stations!
Any issues have been promptly handled and the office staff is polite and approachable. The valet trash service seems to be the only reoccurring hiccup

We moved into Avalon, without a single complication. I am very much a (self-proclaimed) clean freak so I came prepared to clean on the day we got our keys. I walked in and it smelled clean, but then I also noticed the lovely, coveted vacuum tracks on the carpet! It was GLORIOUS Lol anyways, we needed a situation with our air not cooling evenly throughout the apartment and they were QUICK to send hvac! maintenance has already lived up to their reputation of being quick and thorough with any necessary calls! We love the staff, the amenities, and community! We've met a few neighbors so far and are very pleased, to say the very least! Thank you Avalon team for a great experience so far with our very first apartment experience!

I have lived her for 7 years going on my 8th. Avalon is located where it's easy to get on the highway and it's also close to Navy Federal. It is pet friendly and the maintenance and office are quick to respond. It's a nice place to call home!

The apartment is great as well as the community! The staff was amazing and very helpful at answering all my questions during move in. The only complaint I have is how thin the walls really are I can hear every noise all my neighbors make and I’m able to hear a simple conversation people are having outside my building and I’m on the second floor. But other than that everything is great!

I enjoy living here! When I have problems they are taken care of promptly. It’s clean and has a lot of different birds that live in the surrounding woods (such as bald eagles) and the floor plans are all pretty good. The amenities are good and the gym has a variety of equipment.

I’ve lived here three years and I’ve always felt safe here. Maintenance has always been helpful when there were problems. I’ve really enjoyed the dog park and so has my dog. Neighbors are friendly and I’ve made lots of connections here.

The management really cares about all of the residents. They always attempt to find activities for us that everyone will enjoy. The range of residents is from newborns to elderly folks. They even provide activities for the dogs.

Everything has been great so far. I like the valet living for the trash. The amenities are great. I have noticed that they tend to put in a lot of care and attention to the upkeep of the property.

The apartment has a lot of damage from the previous tenant. A cabinet door was broken and falling off, the kitchen sink cabinets have a massive amount of water damage the bathroom drawers were rotten and painted over, broken blinds, multiple pot holes in the main thoroughfare. Valet trash didn’t run as scheduled (the completely missed our first pickup) paint drips on the hardwood throughout the unit. So far we’re pretty disappointed

It’s been a somewhat good experience. The staff is amazing and the dedication they have to make this place a home is really comforting and great to see. My one thing is that in our building we have people who are smoking that causes discomfort and a smell to our apartment. It’s gotten to the point that I’m outside in my terrace and the smell is right under me. Or even at the kitchen and it comes from next door. We’ve called before but nothing was done and it’s truly not great because this certain smell is a problem for our medical issues.

It's clean and quiet and I feel safe in my community. The complex is always making sure the grounds are clean and neat. The amenities are nice and the office staff is helpful.

I have lived here since January and every experience has been amazing! I love how attentive the management is, and on top of it the maintenance team is. If I put an order in for work on my apartment it’s done so fast. I love the amenities and all the fun things they do like food trucks or craft nights too!
