Don't do it!

??I've had the misfortune of moving here in Nov 2022. I wish I would have read the reviews because I never would have moved here. It's been a nightmare since almost day 1. They want your rent and leave you to rot! ??

Overpriced

Not worth the price they are asking. Renovations are cheaply done & my heat barely works.

Mold, water damage and more

This is an awful excuse for an apartment. Overly priced for what you get and you live amongst water damage, mice, and mold if you live on the bottom floor. Nothing gets fixed unless you threaten to not pay rent. Do yourself a favor and move literally anywhere else

Beware!

Can't drink the water...The tap water in my apartment smells awful ! (Toilet water is grey.) They flushed the hot water tank after I moved in but it didn't help. Last time I showered I almost puked! Talked to some other tenants and some had no problem and some did. I am leaving ASAP!

Do not rent from these people!

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Management is a total joke, units are old, and run down, the entire building smells like marijuana, walls are so thin you can hear every cough or sneeze the neighbors make. If you live on the basement floor you will have mold problems, you will smell the sewage when people upstairs flush the toilet, the carpet is disgusting, and they will keep your deposit even if you have had your apartment cleaned before moving out. This place is absolute garbage. I lived here for 1 year and 2 months. Way overpriced for what you get (don’t let the pictures fool you). It’s absolutely disgusting and would never recommend anyone to this place.

Lots to improve on

No rules are actually enforced, "no parking" spots always have cars in them, cars without handicap markings always parked in handicap spaces, it always reeks of weed, the yard is full of dog poop so much so that you can't take three steps without stepping in it. Then they complain that waste stations are provided and nobody uses them but that's because there's literally never poop bags in the waste station. "On-site Laundry" is three washers and dryers in a dark musty moldy room. They're horrible at communication with tenants but I suppose that's to be expected when you have incompetent people working out your lease and move-in details.

I have been living in my apartment for four years now. I feel like it could be better far as getting things fixed and stuff. What I really love about it is the location is really good everything is right in the middle fast food , grocery stores ect. Sometime in the future looking for maybe a condo just not sure when that time will come. Justina L Canton, Ohio
