Quiet with Amazing Management

Jerom from maintenance and Heather the manager are honestly what make this place amazing. Heather is super on top of everything, she’s friendly, easy to talk to, and really cares about the residents. You can always trust a fair clean check and quick response for contract matters. You can tell she works hard to keep things running smoothly, and it shows. Jerom is just as great, any issues with the apartment usually get fixed the same day or by the next morning, which is rare in most places. The rooms here are actually roomy—not like the Ridge where it feels like you’re living in a closet. Plus, the closets are huge. The private rooms are a big win, and the sound insulation is great too (except a bit from the ceiling). Overall, it’s a great place to live, and a big part of that is thanks to Heather and Jerom.
