The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Autumn Ridge Apartments
Miss Ruby and Miss Jill came through for me when I lost my job from the pandemic and needed help. I was worried I was going to lose my place and they helped me get rent relief. I don't know what would have happened to me without their help. I have told people to rent here because the apartments and the area is nice. The office really care about their tenants.
I was unaware how "swampy" this area is. That being said, the bugs are HORRENDOUS- ants, roaches, crickets, millepedes. The company "bills every month" for your water. I honestly need proof as to how much I ACTUALLY USE!!! One person, less than 650 sqft, NO washer/dryer/dishwasher, and they say I owe over $100/month??? I honestly think they intentionally raise the price, thinking everyone here will get assistance from the state.
Theses apartments aren’t fit for anyone to live in. Wether it be mold, roaches, or water damage for rusty pipes. On top of the constant shooting and drug deals that go on within the community.
I lived here with my girlfriend for a year and really enjoyed the community. The office staff is great and took care of everything we needed.
I had some struggles ! But jasmine was so amazing she answered all questions i had and was so personable and professional! If your looking to move here give her a call! The neighborhood is nice and well kept !
Autumn Ridge is one of the best properties I have lived at so far. The units are well kept and the staff is extremely nice. The property is only 5 minutes from downtown Suffolk and the rental rates are very reasonable. I also like the open feeling of the apartment complex and the fact that I can watch my kids on the playground from inside my apartment.
