Set along the bend of US-127 just 24 miles north of Lansing, Saint Johns is an alluring city filled with tree-lined streets, characterful homes, and friendly people. Explore Clinton Ave. for a taste of small-town America, or just a taste of Main Street Cafe, which serves up comfort food in a classic diner space. Sirens Bar is a popular spot just around the corner. It’s one of the few places to see live music in Saint Johns, and does so in a friendly atmosphere with affordable drinks.
Saint Johns is big on greenery. Almost every street is lined with towering trees that shroud older homes and affordable apartments. The smell of mint wafts over the town from time to time, as Saint Johns is the largest producer of the herb in Michigan. Every year in August the city celebrates its place as “The Mint Capital of the World” with a massive festival that features all types of mint products.

Property Ratings at Autumn Ridge Apartments
I’ve lived here for almost a year now, and I’m so glad I was able to find Autumn Ridge! The office and maintenance staff are excellent and willing to help with anything at all. The apartments are spacious and well kept Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their ideal apartment!!!
We moved into Autumn Ridge Apartments a little under a year ago and we love it! The price of the apartment fits well into our budget. We are so appreciative of our covered parking spots that are very reasonably priced as well (optional, at an additional cost). All of our neighbors have been very friendly! Management has been very friendly and extremely helpful. If something needed to be fixed in our apartment, the maintenance man has been there the same day or shortly after and fixed it in a very timely manner for us. Management communicates well with us through notes by our mailboxes. Deliveries (FedEx,UPS) which require a signature are left in the office if we are not home, and sometimes are even hand delivered to our apartment. We think the landscaping is very well maintained. The hallways and stairwell are regularly vacuumed, cleaned, and do not smell bad. Having visited friends in another apartment complex in town, we appreciate these apartments even more. The working security cameras are very visible in the office. That coupled with the fact that we need keys to access our buildings make us feel very safe living here. We don't know where life is going to take us so we don't know how long we will live here, but in the meantime, we are very happy here. We would recommend it to anyone!
I have lived here for almost a year now, and I could not be more satisfied. The staff is friendly, and fast at getting things done. I believe this is one of the nicer complexes in the area, and would recommend it to anyone!
