Been Without Hot Water for Two weeks, Have Mold in my bathroom Closet and was Told To Not Put anything in it Till they come Fix it And Its been Two Months now Like U cant Go in the office and Express the importance about my living conditions Without a Attitude and Getting a Lease violation Due to me Yelling back at her In My personal option DONT MOVE HERE

The manager and staff are extremely helpful and are ready and willing to help meet your needs! Definitely a great place to live at.

There has been a major turn around in the past couple of years here. I really enjoy living here. I just renewed my lease for another year and I plan on living here as long as I can.

We lived there a year and it was nasty. Major roach and rat infested apartment. I had to take matters in to my own hands as far as getting rid of them. When we first moved in we had an appliance problem and they said they fixed it which they did not. We had a hole in our ceiling when we first moved in and they said they would repair it. I constantly contacted them about it and they said they fixed it. The hole was there the entire year and when it rained it leaked through. The bottom of the swimming pool has cracks in it and I cut my foot on the crack, plus they have rags stuffed in the part where the filters are on the pool. My car was broken into. Lots of stray cats in the area. Loud music and neighbors the entire time living there. The washers and dryers were constantly out of order. I had packages stolen that were left by the front door. It isn't worth it to rent there, it is cheap but you get what you pay for. We had moved to the area, not knowing anyone and not knowing the area.

Do NOT MOVE HERE our journey at the autumn oaks has been horrible to say the LEAST. The first 6 months of living here we had gangbangers as neighbors they would have all their friends come over right outside in the parking lot we have witnessed them have multiple fights and arguments or parties in the parking lot this would go on every single day !one of our other neibors even got their car stolen right outside theirs OWN house !(Not to mention the front security gate has been broken since we moved here so ANYONE can come in the apartments and steal your car or anything else imaginable) Management has never adressed them of complained. We've witnessed domestic violence right thru our windows ! There are always LOUD kids running around the apartment playing in the streets !! (So you always have to be very careful driving in the lot because they come running out UNSUPERVISED)Management is never in control of what occurs in these apartments especially when it comes to noise and physical altercations. I've even looked out the window to see a man and his girlfriend fighting he punched her and dragged her all in the lot while he was trying to leave she threw a rock and bust his car window so he hopped out picked her up and THRU her inside the DUMPSTER! I SWEAR TO GOD!! While I'm mentioning the dumpster it's always DISCUSTING Trash EVERYWHERE some people just throw the trash anywhere around the dumpster sometimes I come out the house and see people literally just leave the whole bag of trash in the grass I am sometimes embarrassed to have company because we live right by the dumpster and I hate for people to see how nasty it is. Ohh and let's not forget that the apartments are so bad DOMINOS PIZZA won't even deliver here due to prior casualties. We also have neighbors on the far end who have PARTIES ALL NIGHT which are OUTSIDE IN THE PARKINGLOT they invite countless people and block the whole lot with Thier cars and take all the parking so sometimes we have to park around the corner and walk to our house. ThE washers work but the dryers do not you will spend a million dollars trying to keep putting your clothes back in for them to dry. There are ROACHES . They don't fix ANYTHING ! There is mildew thru out the apartment ! The walls are so thin we can always here the next door neibors kids running up and down the stairs shaking the entire house! someone has been murdered here.These apartments are almost equivalent to living in the PROJECTS. And these are FACTS.

there are cockroaches in the apartments and the maintenance is super slow. they also flood when it rains for like not even 20 minutes and then the sidewalks are never clean;they either have a bunch of water or mud on them and its not taken care of at all.

The good reviews are lies they are happy to give you an apparment that thry never fix. I have lived here personaly twice and the do not follow there side of the lease. If your lookinh for good aparments font come here. I gave them a 1 because the wont let you pick none.

1. Roaches everywhere, no matter how much we clean and scrub. 2. Loud neighbors - bass music plays at all hours. 3. Not well-kept grounds. a. The dumpsters are a mess, b. the gate at the entrance doesn't work, and c. the parking lot is uneven and difficult to get in and out of. 4. The swimming pool has been locked up for at least a couple of months now. 5. The fitness center can only be accessed when the office is open. 6. Speaking of the office, it is extremely difficult to reach anyone most days - Communication is poor, and they're on their third office assistant in the less than two years we've been here. 7. The maintenance guy is awesome, he really knows what he's doing, but he's overworked.

I would highly advise looking somewhere else. These apartments are roach and rat infested. When I moved out I had to throw nearly all of my furniture out due to roaches ruining all of it. It's gross and not liveable. My experience here was awful and I finally just let them evict me because I couldn't stand living there anymore.

I was going to rent a 3 bedroom because of the cheap price but I called one day to see if bills were included and she was like yes and I said thank you let me talk to my boyfriend about it and hung up I called the Monday after I called to see when I the soonest we could move in and she was like oh well out rent is going up to $900 a month and no bills included. and the lady was just really rude. and the price is outrageous

I been living at Autumn Oaks for six years never had any problems with my apartment. My neighbors were great it was very clean. It's a place i would always call home.

They make sure you have everything you need. The Manger and maintenance is friends . The apartments are very clean.
