Stopped in on Saturday afternoon, abd the young lady was very welcoming, great personality, smiling and made herself available to answer all my questions. This is my top 2 locations im serious considerating staying at because of her welcoming personality.

Wonderful Move In Experience After renting several places over the last 5 years, I have to say that Autumn Breeze has been hands down the best experience I have ever had with a rental company. Katy has been absolutely incredible, kind, and patient with us while we were getting ready to make our big move. The property is clean and well kept, and the actual move-in procedures were incredibly simple. Amazing start.
Maintenance The maintenance team has always taken care of me. I appreciate what they do and they are always quick to handle my issues. Thank you!
I appreciate the responsiveness. Unfortunately the problem was not solved. Within 24 hours the smoke detector started chirping again. This really upsets our dog. We will need additional service one time allows. Thanks.

Angeline was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job making us feel at home right away! She was very informative and personable and made the whole experience worth the trip. Management seems to make their primary focus about money over residents comfort. Cuts corners & tried to avoid replacing anything. Still living w/messed up plumbing in the kitchen & a leaking faucet Which causes water to run out all over my counter tops! When our washer needed replaced we were brought one that now squeals through all spin cycles!
Overall nice community. Very kind staff and amazing maintenance team. Rent is a little overpriced and theres dog poop everywhere but Overall a very nice place to live temporarily.

I love Autumn Breeze! It is a great family community and the staff is amazing!
We've lived here for years and we have had the greatest experience as residents who are taken seriously each time we put in maintenance requests and each time we need to contact our office for anything.
Lived here for three years and really enjoy the quietness and the will groomed grassy areas. The prompt way maintenance handle problems that are reported to them. Really enjoy leaving here management is excellent.

The management and the matanence staff very professional. They help make my feel like I am living in a home.
We moved in in October to an apartment infested with fleas. Sarah tried to say we brought them in with us. We do not have any pets. We learned from a different employee, they knew about the fleas and had the apartment treated twice prior to our move in. They made us live with the fleas for two weeks. Finally moved us to a different apartment after we threatened with lawyers. Had no problems until the birds living in our fan vent above the toilet. Bird chirping and feathers coming out. Bird chirping has stopped now. Smells like death/wet dog in the bathroom. Has been 20 days since I submitted the maintenance request. I have also called Sarah about the situation. She said they have a lot of move ins, but someone would be out soon. 20 days is unacceptable. On another note, the grounds are not taken care of. Bushes and branches over grown. Doesnt look good.
I love living here at Autmn Breeze. I just renewed my lease and am happy that I could. The Front office staff is great. So friendly and helpful. I recommend Autmn Breeze to all who I here are looking for a place to live. It is not just a apartment to rent it is s home for my family

Super hard water no softener and cheapest line of dishwashers so you can’t even add a rinse aid. When they turn on the sprinklers, it sounds terrible because they bang so hard due to limescale build up clogging them. My baby’s bottles and nipples are completely white and that concerns me but what do you do? Dog poop is never cleaned up and there is very limited parking. It is quiet (mostly). I’d rather rent a house for what I pay here. The apartments look nice but we were up charged $100 a month because we were told we were getting new appliances but our dishwasher and stove were broken upon moving in and the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly. It took maintenance 4 tries to fix both running toilets. The heating element is out on the ‘brand new’ used dishwasher and they told me that I just had to stop it mid cycle to turn on the heating element. That made no sense to me and is stupid. They treated me like a moron because I’m a woman. The good thing is you can buy your lease out for about 2k. Great location, terrible staff, even worse appliances and water. They are pretty apartments and with a little honesty (referring to the ‘brand new’ appliances) and a water softener, I’d really love this place. Sad.

Autumn Breeze is a wonderful place for anyone to live. Young couples, older persons, families, all live in this safe community. We chose this complex for location, convenience, and safety. The amenities are great. My children especially love the swimming pool. My fiance and I love how close we are to food, shopping, and work. Close to the interstate, but far enough away to still have that country feel. 5 stars!
