Austin Park Apartments Review – 10 Stars! I absolutely love living at Austin Park Apartments in Miamisburg, Ohio. The apartments are simply gorgeous. The layout has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience and community. I love how the kitchen is opened to the living space and there is so much natural light in every room.  In my apartment, the kitchen is opened to the dining room and the living room creating a wonderful flow and a feeling of spaciousness. It features a large bar in the middle where friends and family can eat and socialize. It’s perfect for creating a sense of community. So much thought went into the lighting design. It featuring three different lighting layers from ceiling lights, track lights and pendulum lights over the bar. It all  fosters a warm and cheerful environment.   Additionally, Austin Park Apartments are loaded with closet space. The master bedroom has a huge walk in closet and the guest bedroom has a sizable closet as well. There is plenty of kitchen cabinet space and a significant pantry. The bathroom sports two sinks, under and between sink storage cabinets and a floor to ceiling cabinet as well. The tub/shower is very spacious and comfortable. Additionally, these apartments are well insulated from noise and weather. It’s so quiet here.   In the center of the apartment complex, there is a beautiful pool and three different types of seating: the typical lounge chairs, round tables with umbrellas and chairs and also two large outdoor couches with pergolas. Near the pool is an exception outdoor grill.   The clubhouse is stunning! It features a cathedral ceiling design with couches and fireplace, lots of different seating and workplace options and it also has a billiard room, a yoga studio and a weight/exercise room.  You couldn’t ask for more friendly and helpful  staff. They feel like family members. And every time I have had a maintenance issue, someone showed up within an hour each time to fix the problem.   The Austin Park Apartments are located right beside nature a park with numerous hiking trails, picnic shelters and picnic tables. The complex is located right across the street from the Austin Landing Shopping Center making everything you need easily accessible.   Without reservation, this apartment complex is a ten out of ten! And the costs is surprisingly reasonable! David K Bray

My boyfriend and I moved in almost a month ago, and we have nothing but amazing things to say. It was the easiest, most seamless application and move in process. All of the staff at the property truly cares about the residents, and they love their job, you can tell! We have had zero problems and they have made everything so easy! Our wifi wasn’t working the first day we moved in, two hours after we called there was already a technician out fixing it for us! All of our neighbors have been so kind. If you’re new to the area, or looking for a new home, this is definitely the place to be!

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. Also, you are super close to many restaurants and stores. The ladies in the office, Ms. S and Ms. R were amazing! MC

I looked at multiple properties in the area. This was the absolute best. No issues with management. Repairs are timely. Gated apartments which are safe and convenient.

After some bad experiences at other apartment complexes nearby this place has been such a pleasure to live in! The staff is nice and the grounds are nice and clean! My favorite parts are the pool,bbq and pool area. Everyone living here is friendly and very welcoming. Biggest con I can think of is the mail/Amazon situation. Packages are often left in the lobby area instead of to your door. I would suggest having labeled bins in the lobby Area for the packages to be left in. It’s a bit of a scavenger hunt looking for your packages sometimes. But at least it’s gated so strangers don’t have access to the area to steal things. Overall, great community, amenities, and customer service. 9/10! Orion and Amanda

We are really excited to be living here. It’s been 2 weeks and I love it so far. The pool area is the best I’ve seen at any complex. I love the size of the closets and the amount of storage I get in my bathroom. Being near the park is great as well. The gym is beautiful, clean, and well furnished. Even the neighbors are incredibly friendly. Several people asked us if we needed help moving on our first day! Amanda and Orion

The location out her is perfect with it being so close to Austin Landing but the apartments its self are really nice. They keep them really well and are quick to respond to any issues. Lots of amenities like the pool the gym, the yoga studio, all very nice and useful.

We chose to live here because of the location and the staff. Worked with Shannon and she was really helpful through our whole situation. Has been very accommodating and appreciate that very much. The whole office staff is very kind and accommodating.

My roommate and I went on a tour with Ruth, and we are beyond thrilled to have found a place so close to my employer as well as other premier restaurants and retail spots in the area. We toured several other apartment complexes in the Miamisburg area, and it is clear that the cleanliness, community, and price point make Austin Park the best option. Ruth read our minds and anticipated all of our questions along the way. We can't wait to move in and make this our new home!

This is a great neighborhood to live in. The parks and green areas are convenient if you have a dog. The amenities are great as well. I’ve lived in many apartments in the area and these are the best ones thus far.

Currently renting a townhome and it's been nothing but a fantastic experience. The staff are top notch and on top of everything that occurs within the community. The maintenance staff could not be more punctual. They take care of issues that arise immediately. I am very happy renting here with the complex. We have rented for two years with them now. I recommend the townhouse over the apartments as some come with attached garages.

I've been in a few times to ask questions... Shanon showed us a unit and was very helpful. Then I went back and it was during lunch, but Ruth stoped and came to answer questions and send me the information I needed. Must say it is much nicer than the place I rent just a few blocks away and less expensive. I am considering this one for sure!

Such a great property. The staff (Ruth, Shannon, Stephanie, Blake & Tom ) in the office are great and lovely to work with. They solve all my problems and just super friendly. We have really enjoyed living here.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! They are always quick to respond and accommodate each of their residents. My dog loves loves the pet friendly environment. Happy with my first apartment to say the least!

Living here has been great! The apartments are spacious and modern, with great access to restaurants, stores, and the highway. But the best has been the amazing staff here. All of the ladies are so kind and helpful, and it feels more like I am speaking to family or friends rather than my landlord when I speak to them. They all are truly great and make staying here a real joy.

We have lived at Austin Park apartments for 21 months and couldn’t be happier. Todd and Blake have taken excellent care of property management and always service our requests immediately with kindness. Stephanie, Shannan, and Ruth in the office treat us like a family and we feel like we’re on a vacation at home. There are many planned social and charitable events that make meeting others fun. On short notice, my roommate and I needed to make a change to our living arrangement mid-June 2022. It just so happened that a spacious 2-bedroom was available for lease just a few days before July. Despite the short notice, Ruth and the rest of the office staff were able to accommodate, so completing the paperwork and moving in was a smooth process. The complex is very pet-friendly which is great for my roommate's dog. Along with the various events and amenities, maintenance requests are handled quickly and painlessly. We recommended the place to my roommate's sister, and she has also had a great experience. If I wasn't looking for 3-bedroom apartment and/or planning on closing on a home in the near future, I'd renew my lease for another year!

What brought me to Austin Park was the open concept layouts, tall ceilings, and so much natural light in the units, and fun club house/office including the coffee machine! The property is very well maintained thanks to Todd and Blake. The office staff of Stephanie, Shannon, and Ruth are so friendly, helpful, and always make you feel welcome. They are a big part of why I have renewed for another year at Austin Park.

Normally when you put in a work order at your average apt complex, it takes forever for them to get to it, they usually try to come when you’re not home, and both of those are stressful for me cuz I just end up having to deep clean the entire place even if they only came to the bathroom. But Blake is amazing, he came by to fix my work orders during the limited hours I requested since I wanted be home when he came, and he not only patiently complied with all my unreasonably extreme-germaphobe requests, but it felt completely judgement-free and therefore stress-free. Ruth is lovely, and I absolutely adore Shannon, they truly have heart here and have been so helpful in finding solutions. I’m really grateful for my austin park fam, they’re the best!

On a Friday, I wasn’t sure if it were possible to ask, apply and get keys all before the weekend ended.. Not only was it possible, but I was walked through the entire process, toured and had keys to my new place on that same day… I was so impressed with the process, the cleanliness, beauty and kindness of everyone I encountered.. Thank you so much Ruth! You made this transition an amazing experience!

I have lived in several apartment complexes throughout the years and this one tops the list. It’s truly quality in every aspect. The amenities are all kept in good shape and the coffee machine is like having a barista in the leasing office. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and quick to respond. My appliances all work well (something that has been very spotty at other apartment complexes). The walls are thick and I never hear noise from neighbors. I really have no complaints and you absolutely get what you pay for here.

I honestly have no complaints. From the staff, to the amenities, to the location, living at Austin Park has been great. I only had minor issues but all were addressed by maintenance in such a quick manner and never had to address it again. There are fun events throughout the year and the pool and gym are very nice plus always well kept. Another plus is that you are in walking distance to Austin Landing which has fun outdoor concerts and events throughout the summer plus great shopping and food options. The only reason I will not be renewing my lease is due to relocation for work.

Living in this community feels like Home. It’s not just a place to spend resting time after work, and also it’s a place where memories are made and needs are taken care of. Stephanie, Ruth, Shannon, Blake and Todd make sure we have time to enjoy our lives, while they, diligently and lovingly, take care of our housing maintenance needs. Our family of 3 grew. Now All of them have become part of my family. We feel safe, our concerns are heard, we are always greeted with joy, and always welcomed. We have been residing in this great community since December 2019. One thing that we would really like is to be able to remove the carpet from the bedrooms, as we deal with allergies and it’s easier to clean a floor, rather than using a vacuum. Other than that, we are extremely happy and satisfied. Almost all the neighbors are professional and friendly people, streets are clean and maintained. The community is small and location is perfect. Shopping stores are near or within a walking distance. In general, it’s really, really good. I’m a former Realtor and this community is the best. (I’m bilingual and pls forgive my gramatical errors ?? ) Come, and check out this place and its management team. I garantee you will want to live here too. Claudia Cano

My husband and I have lived at Austin Park Apartments since 2017! We never expected to live in an apartment for this long, but we actually love it here. The maintenance team is superior - we always receive an immediate response to our requests. The property is well maintained, and our dogs think they own the place. :) We appreciate all that Austin Park has to offer - the location is great, the gym is accessible 24/7, and the staff is always friendly. If you are looking for an apartment, I encourage you to consider Austin Park!

We have lived at Austin Park for nearly 2 years now, and we have had nothing but good experiences. The rooms are extremely well made and open (our style at least, the Pine). We've had minimal maintenance issues and when we do, Blake or Todd always respond right away. They do an awesome job. The front office staff is always very nice and helpful. They host events for residents and always keep a coffee machine in the lobby as well as treats stocked for dogs! Right with the apartment is a trail connected to a park that is excellent for families and pups if you have them. They keep bags out to pick up after dogs as well. The complex is right next to a Kroger and Austin's Landing (literally 30 seconds) and very close to 2 different highway exits as well. We've thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The only unfortunate thing we've encounter is quite a large increase in our rent after our lease has ended. They tell us they have to go by the market rate, and I have no expertise in that area so don't really know what that all entails. Nonetheless, I'd highly recommend living here. The staff is fantastic, and the apartments are modern and well made. We've loved our time here.

I created a problem with my HVAC unit by unwittingly mis-programming a Nest thermostat. With no heat, I contacted maintenance, and Todd responded right away. He verified their equipment was functioning properly, and helped me with a workaround with Nest app. He worked quickly and with good humor, even checking Google for a clue about the cause of my problem. His workaround got our heat running again. I later realized my original inputs for programming missed a step...ugh. This experience was in the same vein as several other interactions I've had with Austin Park staff: timely response, good knowledge, and friendly with good humor. Hats off to Ruth, Shannon, Todd, and Blake!

Floors and walls are thin. Can hear conversations outside and next door clearly. Lack of professionalism with staff. Pay more than its worth.

I have been here for about 14 months, and it has been a good place to live overall. Positives: The apartments are modern and well built, with nice appliances and granite countertops, high ceilings, modern lighting, and high quality doors and windows. They are well insulated for this area, and heating costs are acceptable. The pool area is great and there is a grilling station that gets a lot of use. The workout room is well equipped, and there are plenty of places to walk without having to cross streets. Maintenance is awesome and they are constantly going over the property and taking care of the pool, grill, etc. Office staff is also great and always helpful. Negatives: The dog people just don't care, and many don't clean up after their dogs. I know a lot do, but it's worse here than other places I have seen. Totally unacceptable. Smoking is allowed in the common areas, and it's especially annoying around the pool. It isn't like there is another pool I can use instead, and it's beyond me why someone can't just leave the area and then come back in. Cigarette butts are around the pool furniture and around the property in general. If they would address those two negatives, I'd give it five stars, easy, but I'll hold back for now. But since I don't smoke and I don't have a dog, those two things are pretty important (I'm not the only one who feels that way).

The location and apartment are great. That's it. The neighbors are loud at all hours and the staff is less than attentive. The rules are not enforced. The place is unfinished - duct tape on stairs, loose outlets, our apartment wasn't cleaned before move in.

New complex, under a year old, so not too many maintenance issues. Nice features, amenities. Somewhat pricey for the area, but the location is great. It is definitely a dog friendly complex. As with many rental properties, the problems are often the other residents. Some issues are picking up after their pet, and not picking up after themselves. Management seems receptive, friendly. Would recommend the property.

If you would like to be in a newly constructed first lived in Home with a modern layout and young lifestyle then Austin Park is the place for you. The fitness center has some state of the art equipment/ yoga studio for classes during the weekday. Maintenance is quick and easy which will hardly be an issue. Residents are quiet and respectful, a very laid back and active community. The only downside can be some residents smoking within the vacinity of the building and trash being left out. This is a small price to pay considering all the other luxuries the apartment offers and the amenities that come with it. If you’re looking for a pet friendly area look no further, pets are welcome by all residents! Overall a very friendly and open community that’s surely to welcome you at every turn.

this place is absolutely amazing friendly staff and people couldn't ask for anything better. love the open floor plans and that bathrooms. there huge with rainfall showers so relaxing and another great thing is this place is nice and quite come check it out you will not regret it.
