The triangular-shaped Imperial Pride neighborhood begins at the intersection of Main Street and Lime Kiln Road, extending to just south of Imperial Lane. Follow Main Street northwest of Imperial Pride and you'll arrive to Downtown Green Bay in less than 10 minutes. Imperial Pride provides a terrific blend of residential areas along tree-lined streets and commercial areas, home to a variety of shops and businesses. Main Street, in particular, features several restaurants and shops, including East Town Mall, Wenz Home Furniture, and Taqueria Maldonado's.
If you are searching for a slightly less crowded neighborhood in Green Bay, try renting in Imperial Pride. With Main Street taking you to downtown in minutes, Imperial Pride provides the best of both worlds -- a family-friendly, tree-filled neighborhood and Green Bay's numerous businesses and attractions, including Lambeau Field, home of the NFL's Green Bay Packers, and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at August Ridge
I got here in the middle of April after communicating with the leasing group for months before hand. The unit itself is pretty nice for a 2 bed with hardwood floors and stainless appliances. Other than that there is a pile of animal dropping bags surrounding the overflowing disposal bin, people were using cannabis in the parking lot, the building interior smells like cigarettes, and half the neighbors seem relatively rude. If you stay inside it’s not a bad place to be.
The apartment itself is decent. There are not many bugs, the occasional spider. Water runs hot when needed, not once this winter did I take a cold shower. Many of the people here are social and enjoy being outside barbecuing, laughing, and throwing parties. The only true complaints to be shared are about the parking and the lot set-up. It is not assigned and guests park whenever they please. This means in the dead of winter you may have to walk from the other side of the parking with groceries. Your neighbors also are not held accountable they park as if the lines do not exist (probably because they are so faded and need to be repainted) and simply park on top of them taking up two or more spaces! Notifying the city and/or management company did very little!
EXCELLENT LOCATION CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IT IS RECOMMENDED
The place is safe, 3 stars if it was a hotel. Close to the city business.
