Downtown Auburn Hills benefits from its proximity to Oakland University, just east of the neighborhood. Property Ratings at Auburn Square Apartments
I've only been here a year (and am only leaving as I've outgrown the studio and want to be closer to work), but I have no complaints about Auburn Square. The management is great, maintenance is quick and friendly, and what complaints can you have about a brand new building. It's super nice being right downtown Auburn Hills, and the parking structure will be really hard to beat. Super occasional weed smell, but that's to be expected of pretty much any apartment, especially so close to a college. Everyone's super nice and quiet!
