Auburn Pointe

This is my first apartment and they were willing to give me a chance even though I had no credit. Tameka (not sure I spelled her name correctly) has been an amazing help and answered all my questions.

I just moved in over the weekend and crystal has been amazing at answering questions for me even though I’ve been so stressed out. Very spacious and mostly quiet apartment :) thanks for all the help office staff , you guys are great!

Let me start off by saying this is my first apartment and the ladies in the office has been so amazing and patient with me especially crystal. The neighborhood is quiet. If i have an issue inside my apartment the maintenance guys are quick to fix it. I love it here

I had to come back to amend my earlier review because this apartment complex is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!! I have never had such a poor rental experience in my entire life. Maintenance and management are a joke. I am now dealing with a gaping hole with water coming out of it, in the ceiling above my tub and had to deal with it all weekend!! I have gaps under and around my door. I walk up to trash in front of my door and window because the children upstairs keep throwing it out of a window. I complained about this before when I first moved out here, and it still happens. I feel I have consigned myself to a nightmare for the next year, but I had to come back and edit this review. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would, but I guess they can have the one star for the lady who helped with the application, because she was kind and understanding of the long-term domestic situation I was getting out of. However, I feel I was rushed into a subpar unit just to fill some sort of vacancy quota and I had to warn others. Unless you don't have any other choices, DO NOT LIVE IN THIS COMMUNITY!!!!! Save yourself the headache. I will be moving somewhere else at my EARLIEST opportunity.

I want to start by saying everyone in the office was so welcoming and willing to assist! I worked with Crystal. Crystal did an amazing job! She informed me of all things I should know prior to applying. Crystal also got me an approval in such a fast manner there was no wait! I was glad to find a community with such positive attitudes.

Chanty's was amazing walked through everything step by step and would update me on everything as they came in. I have filled out a few application trying to get my first apartment and known of the other place have cared enough to make this experience as smooth and exciting as Chanty's did. I appreciate her and her team for explaining everything an always being so polite and positive. Can't wait to move in.

I just wanted to say I have loved Brittney from the very beginning she is super sweet, very informative, understanding, she was very helpful getting us in to our new apartment in the beginning and at first it was gonna take a little longer than originally planned to get in but she kept us in the loop the WHOLE time and we ended up getting in earlier. Que is another whom I love that is very pleasant to talk to. Ordered a washer and dryer, and it was delivered fairly quick and they are nice. The 3 bedroom is very spacious and up to date, the complex is pretty quiet for the most part, If I have had a maintenance issue it gets resolved. Management is VERY nice. The complex it pretty quiet for the most part honestly… I’ve read previous reviews of it being loud, maybe it’s changed over the years but I’ve been here for 3 months now and things good.

We called to view the 3 bdrm and had an appointment for the same day it listed. In fact, made the appointment for within 45 min outed or the call. We got there only to find out there were no 3 bdrm available and no communication between the property office and the leasing agents who answer these listings. Waste of time and gas.

The office staff is amazing! I moved in 2 months ago and they know me by name. I love Sheena, she has been super helpful since I came to fill in the app. It’s super affordable here as well, never have an issue with bugs or anything.

We feel unsafe to even leave our apartment after the sun goes down. We hear gunshots on a regular basis at night. Police have responded multiple times, but are unable to find the perpetrators. One time we were coming home just before 10pm and as we approached our apartment door, there were about 8 gunshots in succession right across from our building. We got down on the ground on our balcony before we could get the key in the door. Cars go in and out of the apartments all through the night (including 1-4am) blasting rap music with the bass shaking the walls. Also, on more than one occasion our neighbors have decided to blast music from the parking lot late at night on workdays and have random dance and twerk sessions in the parking lot. People are constantly roaming the streets of the apartments and hanging out on the side of the road. The kids and most of the tenants are loud, unsupervised, and have no respect for other residents, especially kids in the pool. Drug use is a big problem here as well. We regularly smell marijuana from our neighbors and it comes into our own home. One of the lifeguards was caught smoking marijuana in the pool bathroom with underage children while she was on duty as well. Aside from marijuana, my spouse walked down our steps outside last week and stepped on a crack needle that was left wedged in the steps pointing upwards and had to go to the emergency room. Someone was shot in the leg in broad daylight and emergency personnel flooded the entrance to the complex. On top of all this, maintenance does not do what they are supposed to do. We have had a work order in for over two months that has not yet been worked. We have talked to the office three times about this and maintenance has yet to fix the issues. Oh, and some of the maintenance staff are unprofessional as well. One of them was arrested while on duty during the daytime for participating in a group fight with tenants. These apartments are decent on the inside, and they often appear to be quiet and orderly during the day hours, but this is far from the case. I'm writing this to help other people to not get into the same situation we got into unknowingly. The office staff are very nice people, but they either choose not to, or do not have the power to, correct all of the problems of this community. If you have ANY better option, DO NOT even consider these apartments.

Love my new place, the move in specials saved me money and the staff really showed they cared about my situation. Big apartment for little money love the bathroom in my room.

This place is infested with roaches and criminals and the the plumbing is horrible. Maintenance is a joke. Living here is an embarrassment and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Take my word for it and run for your life! Nicole is professional and will address your concerns but the other woman Jessica is very very very rude. I'm sure they can find another office worker that knows how to treat paying residents with kindness and respect. If they would fix this place up..... New carpet, plumbing, appliances, quality residents and a new maintenance team. Then this would actually be a decent place to live because the apartments are spacious.

This place sucks.They cater to criminals and trash.They lie to your face.The apt they show on the website does not exist.My stove,fridge.dishwasher and hvac system are as old as dirt.When I moved in the carpet was'nt even shampooed it was just vacumned..The plumbing backs up constanstly.The pool was there to use it was only clear one day out the summer..DO NOT COME HERE RUN AWAY.I only came here because at the time.My family had noplace else to go.Never again rather be homeless.

The rental office looses money. Maintenance never fixes anything. I have 3 children and have been with iut an oven, half my stove, and dishwasher for over 3 months. I have also had multiple leakes from my ceiling that have not been repaired and my carpet keeps retracting causing my children to hurt themselves. I have even gone for 2 weeks in the middle of the summer with no a/c. I would not recomend this place to my worse enemy.
