DO NOT LIVE HERE. The foundation of the apartment leaks water constantly. There are cochroaches and bugs. A few hours of rain will likely soak your apartment carpets. Oh and what does DTN do about it? Replace the carpet and not fix the fundamental problem and pretend the problem doesn't exist. This is their mentality for any serious problem, band-aids. The fourth time this happened, I called and emailed them about my wet carpet for weeks. The walls literally started to mold because they had not done anything about it. They never did anything about it. They do not care about tenants and only care about collecting rent. The only reason to rent from a large company of DTN is if there is not other place to live. Even though they are a large company with large overhead costs, they do not address problems like a company with a big bankroll SHOULD. Save your money and brain cells, rent somewhere else.

Auburn Place Apartments was taken over by Stan Residential in May of 2022 and they have been doing an incredible job! Maintenance issues are being addressed quickly and efficiently. They have repaved the entire community and the pool deck, the interior hallways are being redone, the landscaping looks amazing, they are working on new fences, decks and gutters and they have a courtesy officer that monitors the community daily. The office staff is fair, friendly and professional. It is so refreshing to see all the hard work and dedication on all fronts to improve the quality of living for me and my neighbors. This is definitely the best place I’ve ever lived!

Older apt prone to FLOODS AND BLACK MOLD units are not secure not uncommon for trespassers or vagrants in apt buildings. Not safe or secure.

It's a good apartment just that some of the staff are not competent enough and they give you different and contradictory informations. I lost money to them due to misinformation and lack of being truthful.

Auburn Place has been a great home. The whole team is easy to work with and they listen whenever we have an issue. The area looks nice, the maintenance team and leasing office staff have been easy to communicate with and they're all kind and helpful.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We’ve had nothing but problems being here. Make this place your last option!! We ended up having to be transferred to another unit because our other apartment was in awful condition. Air conditioner went out in the summer time twice, Our furnace flooded the hallway 4 times all over our belongings. We did not have hot water the whole time we stayed there. We had sewage issues that backed up into our kitchen sink and flooded our kitchen. Our bathroom literally started raining one day. We had water coming from our ceiling! It went into our closets got all over our clothes and shoes. Everything they do fix Is just slapping a bandaid on it and going about their day. Plug ins don’t work properly even in the new apartment they don’t work. It looks new and renovated but it’s not. The office staff have major attitudes when we’ve done nothing to them! I’ve been very nice even with all of the crap we have dealt with. This isn’t even all of it and currently still dealing with issues. They don’t have any respect at all for their residents. I do not recommend this place! The pool wasn’t open at all this year either!

I will state that the pool, being more than 20 years old, has repair needs that require extensive work. We are bringing in specialized technicians to the work on it this fall and/or spring. I have found my home!! <3 Auburn place, IS MY PLACE! The staff, has been amazing from, start to finish (with the application process). It was super quick!! They were able to show me a place, ON THE SPOT! :D The apartments/townhomes are clean. They were more then expected. The neighborhood isn't what it used to be. It is quiet now. If you have a problem, They immediately address it. I didn't expect that, BUT, WAS SUPER THRILLED AND THANKFUL!! ??THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING SO AMAZING!!! Hope to be here for years to come.??

My spouse and I had a pleasure of working with Shalonda (spell check), she was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! She helped us out with our questions and concerns and followed up with us to check in and worked with us getting documents submitted as well. It’s almost a year now and we absolutely love it here! You can tell that management care about the community. During the holidays there are things for children to do in the rent office and maintenance is QUICK ! Trust you wouldn’t waste your coin with Auburn Place !

I have lived here for almost a year and I haven't had many problems. Apartments are very roomy and the location of Park Greenwood is very covenient to shopping centers. They are very affordable. Although, they like to do random inspections of apartments which is fine but it is a hassle and inconvenient for me. They are doing construction inside the apartment complex, which is quite annoying hearing constant beeping and always having to find detours ro get around my apartment complex. Also, the landscaping company that works on the property comes on Saturday mornings when people are trying to sleep in due to the weekend. Very annoying and frustrating.
