For me this place is excellent because it has beautiful views, it is very quiet, it gives me peace and I can rest! The staff is friendly and some very attentive with the need for tenants. I have lived at this property for several years and I absolutely love it here. The apartments have gone through a lot of change in the last few years and it's only for the better. I used to live in one the apartments that was old and then moved to one that has the new appliances, nice cabinets, and counters, the new one is so much better. The people that work in the office have been very helpful anytime I needed them. The latest manager, Darcie really cares about the property and it shows when you talk to her. The guys that fix things have been always nice and prompt. If someone has issues like they put on here I don't think they are trying to talk to the office because I haven't had any of those problems. I am a happy tenant.
The office people are very friendly and get to issues quickly. Renovated apartments are really beautiful. They have been upgrading common areas .

I’ve been living here for just about 3 years and I’m so happy to finally be leaving. Management is awful, they don’t answer the phone EVER and are always short staffed. I’ve had BED BUGS, termites, broken toilet/sink/cabinets you name it. Do yourself

This complex has truly been a living nightmare for me. I’ll try to keep this post short, but everything that could have possibly gone wrong, has. First I got the good old bait and switch getting a truly disgusting roach infested apartment that was literally falling apart (I’m talking cabinets and drawers falling off and chewed on, freezer door that would just fall off, closet doors that wouldn’t open, the list goes on). After a month I was able to move to a different apartment (at no discount of course). None of the outlets in the kitchen work, apartment flooded and damage was never taken care of, there’s mold, and now they are raising the rent $400 a month. I could continue to go on about all of the problems I had here that made the past year of my life an actual nightmare. When I emailed the property manager before moving out to discuss my concerns and how disappointed I was, all I got in return was a “sorry, we hope your next experience with us is better”. I see some people commenting about how great the new management is. Don’t fall for this. There has been 4 property managers in the past year and every single one has been a disappointment.Please, do yourself a favor and do not move here, I don’t want anyone else to have the horrible experience that I’ve had.

I think if I could give less than a rating star I would give it and I hope you see why. Since I entered this apartment complex in 2019 I found the apartment I moved into much less half tidy and clean than what can be done to welcome new tenants, dirty walls with grease stains and scratches, clogging In all the drainage systems, the dirty folder and without the end ties, the loose corners of the walls even the one at the entrance to the apartment I fell silent on it once. The doors with the broken locks, the protective screens from insects broken and in some windows, no woe, the refrigerator and the damaged stove, the kitchen furniture, none of the usefulness of the wood is old and worn, among many other things. The worst of all this is that I have mainly been complaining all these years because at least they fix something or give maintenance to the apartment and nothing at all has been taken so that one as a tenant is happy and grateful to live here for that. I do not recommend anyone to come to live here while the administration of the complex changes completely since in the time that I live here they have also changed the managers about 4 times and still nothing improves, only the 2 people who are in front of the office working well to everyone who comes in to complain about these problems and that not only me but many of us who live here new and old pay for all this. Something else to highlight the entrance doors never work and since the covid they have said that the pools are closed due to the pandemic then for maintenance and it is the date that just one opened but the other did not not even the gym, that is, they charge for recreation but it does not work to 100% . VERY POOR ATTENTION AND MALFUNCTION OF THE OFFICE TO SERVE THE TENANTS.

First the people work at office was very nice in my first time interview and was very informative about the complex, I come from Up-state and all questions was answered with details about security, price, maintenance, etc. The management was nice on answer calls and fixed all items requirements on Apartment. I recommended to anyone if decide visit or live here...........

I understand when a place is under staffed but there is a certain way of maintains customer service and meeting the needs of an applicant. Never received call backs when I was told so about 3 or 4 times and never had a answer to any problems I had.

New mnagement has made a big difference. Just did the paeking lots and imiddle of painting all buildings. I'm in line to get one of the renovated apartments when they will be done in about a month. They promose new dog park and grilling areas too. .

Moved in a little while ago and at first the place seemed really nice but the longer you live here it goes down. Spiders everywhere. I see multiple spiders a day in my apartment. I’ve found mold that has been painted over. Was told the carpets have been replaced before moving in to find a few stains that says other wise. Ducks poop everywhere and they do nothing about it. THE GATE DOES NOT WORK OR CLOSE EVER. The staff is okay not bad so far. NOT STRICT AT ALL with the rules they state. The pool constantly has people at it blasting music I can hear and I don’t live next to the pool. Neighbors were grilling outside of my apartment last weekend blasting music until 11:30. Tried calling the office to report multiple times they never answered and then said it wasn’t an emergency so oh well. Walls are very thin. Spacious closets and big windows but the windows are very thin and cheap. Okay appliances but nothing special. Pool at front office is closed sometimes on the weekends. Like locked up with chains. Washer and driers aren’t that great and very small. Have to use a special card you have to buy and wash is 1.79

I do enjoy the community of people who live here but I have not enjoyed my time working with the complex. Would not recommend staying here. I would recommend to check all other reviews of Moncler Isles before making your decision.
After touring the property I was immediately taken back by the many amenities Moncler Isles has to offer. The easy accessible fitness center is very clean, organized, and offers newer machines than some of the other apartment complexes I visited. I'm big into fitness and love the fact the tennis and volleyball courts are available after hours when I get home to work. The office staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me to lease as they knew my current lease was not up until May. The renovated apartments are very nice and offers many conveniences I am looking for in a new home. I will be giving my 60 day notice to at my current community .... as I found my new home at Moncler Isles. Eve C.
Moncler Isle, an oasis near the busy streets. Easy to reach grocery stores, hospitals, fire stations, schools, bus routes and just about anything your heart desire. The friendly efficient staff awaits you, you are greeted with smiles that warms your heart, a team that goes beyond to get you just the kind of comfort you need within a home. Cleanliness is their hallmark, their maintenance crew is second to none, administrative staff and manager works tirelessly to meet the needs of the residents and those who come in contact always want to come back to be apart of this wonderful experience. I recommend Moncler Isles to anyone who is ineed of a home away from home or just looking for a cleaner, fresher atmosphere to live.
I've been living in my apartment for about 4 months (moncler isles). I love that my apartment has a lake view, and it is a very beautiful view. It is also a very short walk to the bridge that leads me to the playground, volleyball court and one of two pools. Friendly neighbors, and helpful staff brings more to my liking. The apartment itself is a bit old style but it is cozy. The closets, kitchen and bathroom are spacious. I'm satisfied with my stay so far.
These apartments on the outskirts of Tampa are close to everything without the pricey city tab! Fifteen minutes to downtown, the airport and the Buccaneers Raymond James stadium makes for an easy commute. Two pools, a fitness center, tennis court, clubhouse and a racquetball court await your homecoming. Multiple ponds on the grounds support a variety of wildlife that captivate children and adults alike. (Kids can work off extra energy on the onsite playground as well) Bi-lingual office staff are very friendly, courteous and responsive. Maintenance staff are available even after hours if the need arises. And what could be better than TWO ice cream shops in walking distance of your front door? (Apologies to those on diets)
