My Experience with Attwell Off Main has been one of the best experiences I have ever had, the office staff and maintenance teams are Excellent and very fast to responded to any issues and very professional. The Apt's are very nice and very well maintained due to the a fabulous office staff making sure things are taken care off in a timely manner. I recommend to anyone one who is looking for for there new home to come here. I guaranty you will not regret it.
So far, everyone at Atwell has been amazing. We had a fast move from out of state for a new job. Myra was a gem through the whole process. Answered all of my many questions, helped me resolve a few things and did so with such a cheerful, helpful attitude. Everything from reserving the apartment through moving in was a breeze. We got to meet the maintenance guys when we were moving in and they were super helpful in letting us know where things were. It has been a wonderful experience in a very stressful time and we are super grateful to everyone at Atwell!
I’ve absolutely loved living here since moving in around March! There’s always local events being encouraged, the staff are the sweetest, and the lobby is always warming. I was looking for a place that was more quiet, was dog friendly, and had a gym, and Attwell has definitely been the answer on top of any other places I tried to look for. Thanks, Attwell!!

I recently moved into Attwell Off Main in Tigard, Oregon. It isn't hyperbole to say that this is my favorite place I've ever lived in every aspect of way. Every day, I feel as though I'm waking up to a gift, living in a home that feels comfortable yet luxurious, cozy yet ample and spacious, familiar yet glamorous. Every friend and relative who come to visit are immediately enthralled with the building, the amenities like the gym and entertainment room, the gorgeous rooftops and courtyards, and my apartment unit itself. I own two businesses and I work from home. The natural light, spaciousness, amenities like a great gym, and the quality of any apartment that I rent are therefore especially important to me; investing in the right home means investing in my emotional wellbeing and professional success. The moment I walked into Attwell Off Main, I was committed and sold. The gym is perfect. The natural light in every apartment unit is stunning as are the views, especially in the units facing the courtyard, like mine. The floorplans of each unit are beautifully designed with a brilliant use of space, flow, and natural light. The cabinets, floors, closets, fixtures, every detail is exceptionally maintained. I'm the second person to rent my unit yet my apartment looks brand new, with barely a trace of wear. Moreover, the surrounding courtyards and rooftops are gorgeous. The landscaping is meticulously maintained and cared for as is our shared furniture in the outside areas, lobby and common media center/entertainment room. The entertainment room also boasts a fabulous cappuccino machine with all sorts of different warm drinks to start your day. The management team is exceptional. Celeste is the beating heart of Attwell Off Main. She makes you feel welcomed, appreciated, and supported with every question or concern that you may have. Jason is always present with a smile and immediate action on anything you should need. The maintenance team of Tim and Charles make you feel safe and protected. I've been in other apartments where the management makes you feel like a burden any time you bring up a question or concern. That isn't the case at all with the Attwell Off Main team. Every single person feels sincere pride and joy in their work, a genuine love for making us tenants feel cared for and at home. Thank you, Attwell Off Main for making life beautiful. I remembered looking at this place close to 2 years ago and falling in love with everything. I moved out of the state and came back and this was the first place I applied to. Since moving in, the leasing staff have been absolutely helpful and always available. The amenities were a game changer for the way that I call a place “home”, and all is always taken care for. Great community, both in the buildings and in the local area. Wouldn’t choose any other better place to call a home!!

I visit an elderly friend of mine frequently to help him live a good quality life. The manager Celeste and maintenance supervisor Tim have helped me so very much. They were able to get stability bars installed in the unit to assist my friend in walking, worked with me on parking while I am there and retrieving his packages. Taking care of an individual during this type of transition can be very challenging. The management staff here have made this very much easier. I highly recommend living at Attwell if you value great communication and quality maintenance !!

Worst apartment experience at any apartment I have rented from by far. The staff was nice and friendly and quick to accommodate and respond to request and concerns when 5th Avenue was managing the property, but since Grand Peaks took over, it has changed. Management just brushes off any concerns or request and they are always on lunch break or no one is at the leasing office during business hours. We had to end our contract 6 months early since we purchased a home, we paid our compensation of 1.5 month rent in full and paid off our outstanding utilities and paid for carpet cleaning, we then received a additional bill to pay for patching nail holes and repainting! Never have I ever from my 15 years of renting have I ever been charged for basic upkeep and turnover on an apartment, early termination or not. Let alone Grandpeaks did not honor the contract I signed with 5th Avenue where it clearly stated that tenant are allowed “a reasonable amount of small nail holes”. Worse renting experience ever I will definitely NOT recommend any of my friends, family or anyone for that sake to rent from any Grand Peaks managed complexes as management does not believe treating their customers fairly and honestly. Let alone they do not hold other tenants accountable for their dogs dropping inside and outside of the property. I will definitely be reporting Atwell off Main to the Better Business Bureau about their unfair treatment and manipulation of their tenants contract that was signed with the previous management company. Don’t rent here! Futures Renters be Warned!

Dear Shung, We appreciate your feedback and have discussed your concerns with our team. We always strive to provide you with great customer service and hope you are settling into your new home nicely. Unfortunately, we do not have record of a second bill that was sent to you, only your original m ove out statement. We are happy to provide you with the original if you would like a copy. We have reviewed your lease against the damages in the apartment and have determined by our team as well as the recommendations of outside vendors that they did not fall within the guidelines of your lease. We certainly didn’t want to charge you anything extra, and in turn gave you a 50% discount off the repairs that were needed. This is reflected on the charges on your move out statement. Since we purchased the property in October, we have installed five new pet waste stations complete with garbage’s and pet bags, as well as added another three garbage cans on the exteriors of the buildings. We have also repaired landscaping and made replacement of turf for the ease of our residents with pets. We apologize if you had a different experience, as we have received favorable comments on these changes. We hope you will contact us with any further concerns we may address.
