My only complaint is the water pressure isn’t amazing. Aside from that everything is amazing. My neighbors are quiet and to themselves, but nice to speak to in passing. The leasing office staff are also relatable.

Living here continues to be such a positive decision. From community activities to fabulous amenities to beautiful living space; the place is tops. I can’t imagine living in any other complex in Huntsville. :)

I love it a lot. Everyone that stays there is really friendly ,which is great . I really think that I’m going to really enjoy living there. I have very good vibes about, ATTAIN AT BRADFORD PLACE. Everything here is good—peaceful and well managed. I highly recommend this place! The little pond creates a beautiful atmosphere, and my favorite time is at sunset.

we have loved it up here so far, everyone here is so nice and the place has so many nice details and things too do, the only down side is that i’m alone with my daughter most of the time and when i want to go on walks with her there no elevators so that makes it a little tuff to get out with her.

So far it’s great. The service has been good. However some tenant or tenant is just leaving trash in the parking lot. Littering in your home is disappointing.

At first I wasn’t fund of the rent amount but the options provided to pay the rent made living obtainable. Maintenance is very responsive to issues within the units but overall Pretty safe and clean place to be overall.

I’ve had a mostly positive experience living at The Attain in Huntsville. The property is well-maintained, and the grounds are clean with modern amenities. The apartment units themselves are spacious with high ceilings, modern finishes, and quality appliances. I especially appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the convenient location near Redstone Arsenal and major highways. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to live in Huntsville with modern conveniences, The Attain is a solid choice. Just be prepared to pay a bit more for the newer amenities.

I had an amazing experience touring this apartment community. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly helpful and attentive, truly listening to what I was looking for. She took the time to walk me through every detail, highlighting all the amenities the property has to offer—which are impressive, by the way. I had the chance to view all the available floor plans, and she explained the unique benefits of each one, making the decision process much easier. I honestly was about to give up on my apartment search. Before visiting here, I stopped by another so-called luxury apartment complex, and the staff there was not only dismissive but outright rude. What a contrast! I’m so grateful I found this place instead. The professionalism and warmth I felt here made all the difference. I absolutely love everything about it!

Overall, my experience living at this property has been good, but it falls short in several important areas when compared to other communities. The apartment itself was brand new, yet it came with multiple issues that clearly went unnoticed before move-in. Staff communication has been inconsistent — including incorrect information and poor follow-up — which has made resolving issues unnecessarily difficult. A recurring concern is the staff’s working hours: on numerous occasions, staff have left well before the stated closing time, making it hard to get assistance during the times they’re supposed to be available. Another major concern is the USPS mail situation. Ongoing problems with delivery and access have had a noticeable impact. Parking is also inadequate. There simply aren’t enough spaces for the number of residents in the building. There’s a lot of potential here, but the lack of consistency and follow-through from management leaves a lot to be desired.

We understand how these issues can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Please know we are actively working to improve these areas. While mailbox locks fall under USPS jurisdiction, we are in communication with them to find a timely solution. As for parking we are creating guest parking spaces so that residents will be closest to the building. Additionally we will notify resident via email when the office staff will be out of the office.
I love it so far! I really enjoy the gym and the pool. The community is quiet and relaxing. My roommate and I enjoy our apartment and have lots of space!

I love all the amenities- gym, clubhouse, pool, convenient store and staff are very sweet and always helpful when I have questions and I love the updated modern style of our unit and appliances. My complaint would be the thin walls. We can hear our neighbors radio and tv, daily, we can hear people just walking through the halls. Most of the time the noise is gone by 10 or 11pm but still frustrating at times. Also, the common area near the elevator and mailboxes always seem to be sticky and dirty.

I love living here! It’s multi generational: singles, families, empty-nesters…they’re all here! The amenities are amazing and the office and maintenance staff are the best. Convenient to shopping and dining, and just minutes from 565. I love sitting on my balcony and watching the sunset, it’s so relaxing. And I love how pet friendly it is! My experience with Attain at Bradford Creek went really well! I loved being the first to live in my unit, as well as the amenities provided. I love how they have different community events planned for their residents! It really makes you feel special! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate them for that!

Spacious apartment with a view of the lake, yes please! The complex is nicely situated close to Redstone Arsenal. The staff is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I needed maintenance they were quick and efficient.

I have loved living at Attain at Bradford Creek thus far! I moved here for a job out of college and the move-in process was easy, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the apartments are simple, modern, and feel like a place to call home.
