Extending along Roxboro Road from Stanley Road to Braggtown, Weaver is a terrific neighborhood that provides fast access to the entire Triangle region. The north end of the neighborhood follows the Eno River. On the western edge of the neighborhood, West Point on the Eno, a large historic park, covers 404 acres and includes a reconstructed mill, hiking trails, and picnic areas. The McCown-Mangum House Museum and the Schoolhouse of Wonder are also on the west side of Weaver.
While Weaver is a residential neighborhood, you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants along Roxboro Road. On the southern end of Weaver, there's additional shopping and Duke Regional Hospital. This section is also home to the Durham County Stadium, the Edison Johnson Aquatics Center, and Rock Quarry Park. This popular park includes a rec center, a splash pad, and ball fields.

I have been living here since April of 2019. Overall nice place to stay. I rarely have had any issues but if I have the maintenance here is phenomenal. It’s never a long wait to get the things fixed. The only con is the parking rules. However, I would recommend staying here.

I have lived in an Atrium apartment for a few months now and have enjoyed my time here. Upon moving in, there were a couple quality concerns, but management and maintenance quickly fixed everything without charge. Since then, any maintenance request has been handled faster than expected. The term "luxury" refers mostly to the complex environment and the frequent tending to the landscape. It is a pretty place to drive through and there are more than enough amenities to justify the rent price, although I would likely look elsewhere if the rent increased. The gym could also use an update or just some TLC. I am happy with what is offered here and feel safe living in this community. If there were anything I would offer as advice, it would be to ask about the potential differences in floor plans between the model unit and the unit you would be living in.

As a long term resident, i have seen the good and bad. The positives are: its quiet and staff is friendly. The units are fairly large and there is always parking. The cons are: maintenance basically lives at your apartment because there are so many issues weekly. Plumbing is dated so there are frequent leaks, appliances are old except for the ones they are choosing to renovate upon move out, rent goes up tremendously every year.
Very peaceful, maintenance quick to respond. Gym could use some updating but overall nice amenities
