Price to park second car is rather high. We aren’t in Philadelphia. Apartment is otherwise nice, amenities nice. The closet set up is a bit odd. And no coat closet which kind of annoying. Otherwise lots of kitchen and bathroom cabinet space.

So far so good after 6 months living here. Have made new friends and really enjoy different events held monthly. Common areas are kept spotless and maintenance crew is the best...really friendly and helpful when needed. Office staff gets an A !
From the moment you move in you know you are home. The staff is amazing and could not be more helpful. The apartment is perfect and we appreciate all events planned by the staff to help make it a special community.
Moving in has been quite a smooth experience. For the most part I find that atlee square is very welcoming and friendly in nature. I will say there are something’s like package room set up that I’d say should be given out ahead of time to make the experience even easier.
I’ve been here for three months now and I love it. The amenities are amazing and I love The community events the management company puts on. Maintenance and nice and very responsive.

I love living at Atlee Square! The amenities are awesome, I spend lots of my time bouncing between the pool, gym, and the golf simulator. The parking garage is also a huge plus! It is beautiful and the location couldn’t be any better.

Cable box by the TV is not working Said it was working before we moved in turns out it's really not very disappointed tried to watch the game by the pool and grill out

Have been here since the end of March and so far so good. As with every move, a few hiccups here and there. These were taken care of in a timely manner by the excellent on site team! The grounds are looking beautiful and common areas in the building are spotless!

The sales experience is top notch and the design choices of the complex are stellar. The property has an amazing gym and great amenities. The only downside is that food and grocery deliveries are not allowed to come upstairs which would be a huge improvement. If they fix this it would be a 5/5 stars. The staff is kind and responsive and big shout out to Hope and Laylaa for helping me throughout the process.

Staff has been amazing and they are very quick to address issues (which are minor). My only concern is that problems such as parking issues, smoking, and dogs off leash are addressed quickly, so they do not continue

Recently moved into a 1 bedroom apartment that exceeded my expectations! I was impressed by the spacious open floor plan that makes the unit feel larger than its size and allows for flow between the living area and kitchen. A standout feature is its location. It's close to several major highways, making commutes a breeze and shopping for anything & everything convenient. The move-in process was smooth, thanks to the staff. They were friendly, responsive, and made sure that every detail was taken care of, which eased the transition! It's clear that the Bozzuto Community prioritizes its residents.They get that pets are family too- no detail is overlooked at the pet spa & dog runs. Amenities at Atlee are spectacular! Community spaces are well designed & tranquil. The gym is well-equipped with modern workout machines & space for fitness routines, making it easy to workout without leaving. And once the summer starts, the pool area looks like an oasis. So pleased I decided to move here!

So far so good! Doesn't 2 nights here so far and it's nice. Can't wait to use the gym, pool, and other fun things. I moved from a different apartment complex, mainly because of the nose from the highway and other surrounding roads. It's much quieter here, and I can even sleep with windows open on the living room. It's quite refreshing. I look forward to meeting my new neighbors.

Overall a great apartment building with a ton of options to choose from for layouts etc. Love that there’s a parking garage access from each floor and the gym is wonderful.

Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful with all the move in questions we had. Property is beautiful inside and outside. Covered parking is also offered, which is amazing. Then there is the pet wash station that is more like a pet spa.

Move in was a breeze. I was able to reserve the loading dock and move in all my items with ease. I also had a furniture delivery come in and the team was so helpful with coordinating that process to make it seamless. And my dog has been loving walking around the community! Such a lovely space.

I really like this complex, at first I chose one apartment, but after a few days I realized that I didn't need another room, I asked to show other apartments, the staff helped me in a friendly way, special thanks to Leila, that she took into account all my wishes and offered me the best option. Just got the keys ...so far so good. Apartment spotless! Everyone very helpful! Location great for shopping, dining, etc. Indoor parking is a real plus.

Everyone here is So Friendly! Cameron has been very helpful. All staff have been Wonderful. We are on 5th floor and moving in Friday. With No signage for where the elevators on 5th have been challenging Cameron made sure to reach out so It can be addressed.
Great staff so helpful and really nice place to be , your maintenance man Rodman is a great help to my needs, Cam is truly a gentleman also very helpful!

The staff is so nice, they know your name and make you feel welcome. The neighbors are super friendly. The community is amazing and the amenities are incredible. We are so close to a lot of markets, restaurants and stores.

We really like it here! There is a lot of cold air coming through windows and deck door. Windows aren’t sealing correctly at bottom. Otherwise we are happy with our unit and activities here.

A place like no other place in the Pennsylvania State.. very luxurious and very peaceful and beautiful inside and outside state of the art appliances and furniture and facilities are very nice.. The staff in the leasing office are very friendly people who will help you with your questions and answers in no time.. I give this place a five stars not because I live in this community but because it worth even a ten stars.. if you are looking for a staycation or a relaxing space for your work or family or just a single person trust me Atlee square got a place for everyone in this community.. and once again Thanks to all the supportive staff in the leasing office..

Very nice, safe, modern place to stay. Amenities are great, huge gym for an apartment complex, enclosed garage for secured parking. Still under construction but not an issue.
