Los apartamentos estan muy cómodos y de buen tamaño las recámaras. El mantenimiento es excelente y muy rápido vienen arreglar las cosas. Los mantienen muy limpios y su presentacion es excelente. El personal de oficina son muy amables y te hacen sentir en familia. Recomendados al 100%

I mean, it's an apartment complex what can I say? I've lived 3 years and pretty much keep to myself and have had no issues. No bugs expect for the random fly in the summer time but, it's a nice apartment for what I pay and I like the office people. They keep the parking lots clean and send the maintenance people when I have a problem with my garbage disposal. I'm a neat freak so, I don't have bug issues and they also spray for roaches every month even when I tell them I don't have a problem. I guess they just want to make sure which I guess is nice. The manager in the office is always nice to me and calls me when Amazon leaves my packages in the office so, I thinks that's cool.

I have lived in several apartments over the past 10 years, and this is by far one of the best. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and is knowledgeable about what he is doing. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I feel like they actually care opposed to other places ive lived where I felt just like another body to them. They do preventative pest control treatments every month which is extremely helpful in preventing bugs. 10/10 would recommend.

If I could upload the pictures I would , the day we got keys we seen at least 7 roaches in the apartment, they claimed that the carpet was “new” and she then proceeded to tell me that there was a red stain in the carpet and if it really bothered me that they would patch it up so I said so it’s not new lol . Not only that but it had a broken window and you can definitely tell that that specific unit was flooded before due to the ceiling I’m very glad we got out of that lease before it got worse . However they took our 300$ deposit . I’m doing a small claims report against them , taking in consideration I have videos of the roaches , dog poop , & broken window . THEY LOOK NICE BUT DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU . Save your money and look elsewhere it’s not worth taking the risk of eventually loosing furniture and living w roaches

Apartments have been updated with black appliances and each unit has washer and dryer. They include water, trash and sewer. You would have to pay electric. The one thing they don't tell you on websites is that the prices there are not accurate. When you go in to talk with them they add 20 dollar increase to advertised prices. They state or is because they pay water,sewer, and trash. So you need to be advised that the websites have wrong prices. You need to add a 20 dollar increase to amount on sites and that would be price you are paying. Other apartments have listed prices more accurate on sites . So you will want to add that additional price then compare apartment prices.
