Property Ratings at Aspire Townhomes
Aspire is a nice community with many sought after amenities like an on-site gym, club room, and pool. They also have some of the most friendly and efficient maintenance staff of any apartment complex I've lived in. The units feel homey but modern and the two-car garages is a huge plus!
I have truly enjoyed my first three months as a part of the Aspire community. While this is a second home for me (due to a career) I do feel comfortable, safe, and cared for here.

We are living in this townhome since 2016 and never had any issues with previous management but this new Greystar manager an d maintenance guy is very rude and unprofessional. We had worst experience with them.

Not sure if it’s the culture of bh properties or just this local management and maintenance staff, the response time for emails, voicemails and maintenance requests is horrible. Strongly recommend any prospective tenant do their research on this place before moving in. Also often see cars speeding through the parking lot

I do not recommend living here. Move in was horrific as our unit was not in livable condition, not cleaned, missing a shower head, the carpets were absolutely filthy with pet hair from the pervious tenants. There was actually chunks of pet fur on the walls where the pets rubbed up against. We had to stay in a hotel (my family and my mother-in-law) while Aspire Townhomes made my husband act as a foreman on a job site, while they called in everyone that should have already done the job before we moved in. They were hesitant to see the unit but it was ok that my family was exposed to all these workers in the unit. It was ok for the workers to be exposed to us as well, but not the Aspire Staff bc of COVID. My husband had to be onsite because we had a full size moving truck deliver our household goods the next day because the unit was supposed to be move-in ready. There were huge cracks above some of the doorways which were sparkled and painted over that are back again after 1 month of living here. The floors were a mess and some of the fake wood flooring was pulled up. There are constant maintenance issues, sometimes several a week. The paint is absolutely horrific and is literally the cheapest paint Ive ever seen. The water from the sink, tubs and in the bathrooms splashes on the wall and leaves horrific water marks that discolor the paint on the wall. We had to call about extremely loud music from the neighbors- their music was so loud it knocked the shampoo bottles off the shelves in the bathroom. I can go on and on. I would recommend finding a better place to live.

Such a wonderful stay and awesome experience with management team.
Great place to live but be weary of bait and switch techniques when leasing. I was sold on the Free month deal by taking possession of unit by a certain date and concession was not honored. Costing me an extra month rent. Absolutely ridiculous! Place is very quiet and is very nice to live in.
Great Location for Shopping, Eating and Social Activities.
The townhomes are beautiful and have modern amenities. The property is well kept and the neighborhood seems quiet but friendly.
Send professionals, that know what they are doing . The maintenance man didnt diagnose the issue correctly.
Staff here is friendly and tries very hard to please the tenants.
Overall this is a great community to live in. Conveniently located to all amenities within a short few minute drive.
We have lived at Aspire for 1 1/2 years. The units are great and we love the layout. About 6 months after we moved in management changed. The new management is all about changing stuff. They decided to install security systems in each unit, replace all the kitchen faucets and now new thermostats. The place is 2 years old and in a very safe location so why on earth would they need to change this stuff. Seems like a complete waste of money. Last winter we had an issue with our dryer (it wouldn’t shut off). The maintenance guy left a note saying “try a different setting”. After 3 or 4 maintenance requests they finally broke down and fixed the actual problem. If you are low maintenance renters you will find it ok here. Management needs additional training and maybe some corporate intervention and guidance.
We have had multiple issues with maintenance. First in winter ice removal was poor, and delayed. Just recently we had our smoke detectors going off for no reason. We tried contacting emergency maintenance, but the only way to do so is submit a ticket like any other request. No number to call no one to actually help you in a timely matter. I am so disappointed in this, old management had a normal emergency maintenance number like every other apartment complex, but not here.
I have enjoyed living at Aspire for the most part. The location is great. The built in 2 car garage is amazing. The old management was great ,but the new management is bad. They are not very friendly to talk to. They should be the CUSTOMER service for the complex, but instead they could care less about the tenants and their best interests. The new snow removal is awful. They take forever to plow and when they do it is at 3 am when you are trying to sleep. They fail to enforce rules on pets and people picking up their waste. Their lease renewal "Special" is to keep your same rate, but sign the renewal lease way before you have to as stated in the lease. There is a reason why there are many open units in a complex that is about 2 years old. The new management likes to bad mouth the old management a lot, but they should really talk to them and learn a thing about being a friendly and effective property manager from them. If you are only looking to live somewhere for a year it would be an alright place, but any longer than that and they will screw you over on the renewal.
