Lenox Park begins just steps away from the retail center that is Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza, but you’d be wrong if you think the high-rises and traffic of Buckhead make their way to this tranquil neighborhood.
Founded in 1931, Lenox Park stretches northwest from I-85 to just before Peachtree Rd., bounded by East Roxboro Rd. NE and Briarwood Rd. NE. Among its tree-lined streets and dense landscaping lies an incredible variety of homes. Newly renovated apartments share the streets with Craftsmen and ranch-style homes. The neighborhood’s namesake park and its charming pond is a popular spot for a jog or a picture session. If you’re lucky you might find one of Lenox Park’s old urn-and-column style markers — only a few have remained since the area’s inception.
Lenox Park is mainly a residential area, but it’s close to the two most popular shopping centers in Atlanta, and if you work in Buckhead it’s a prime spot for renting.

I greatly enjoy living here at Aspire Lenox. Pretty quiet neighborhood, feelings of being safe and secure and friendly neighbors. I do like that the leasing office staff has now begun implementing activities for the residents, though I would suggest to give us a little more notice about the events so residents can plan accordingly. I have not yet been able to attend one and would like to.
Let me tell you my story as someone who lived there for over 4 years. See below for my points: You hear EVERYTHING from everyone/everything in the area—all the time. There is both MARTA and a freight train route that runs right behind the complex. The freight train runs full speed at all hours in the middle of the night. It is SO loud that it rattles and shakes your whole unit. At one point, a picture fell off my wall because it was so obstructive. Also, the walls must be made of paper because not only can you hear conversations from your next-door neighbor, but you hear your upstairs neighbor every. single. time. they move, even slightly. There is no insulation at all. THEY DO NOT PAY REFERRAL FEES. They owe me a lot of money from referring someone back in 2022, and they still have not paid me—close to $500! Amenities change often. During the summer, they randomly close the pool for days without any valid reason sometimes. They shut down ALL amenities (besides the gym) around 8:30 every night. A lot of times, it would be much sooner. I have seen it closed off by 8:00 PM on many occasions. Maintenance requests and unit repairs were consistently avoided. My doorframe was not sealed; therefore, bugs, water, debris, etc., were always coming through. I put in many maintenance requests and went by the office several times, but nothing was officially done to simply seal it. It was a major health and safety issue for me. Someone could easily find a way to break through and put me in danger. They did not care. They sent a contractor out who told me it needed to be replaced, but RPM did nothing about it. They sent pest control out because maybe that would "fix it," yet I still had no seal on my door frame. Also, my refrigerator was making awful concerning sounds, and that was never fixed or resolved. I mentioned the stove was overheating, and they said the "stove is fine," even after I said it should be checked out because it could be a fire hazard for the next resident. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUY YOU. My friend, who also lives there, had a cockroach infestation. Move-out is a DISASTER. I recently moved out, and the closing statement was absurd. They charged almost $200 for a minor incident. It took one month for me to get answers. In fact, they keep saying they will share photo evidence with me, yet nothing has been sent over many weeks. Something is very FISHY with RPM. Ridiculous. I have a lot more I could go on about, but I hope you get the point by now.
This new leasing office run by RPM is god awful. They do not even read their own emails yet expect tenets to be crisp with email notifications. Gym treadmills have been broken for a year. The car wash is also broken, and when it does "work", it eats your quarters half the time. You'll send documents over the email and they don't even see it. They damage tenet cars with stickers as a notice and give tenets on a day to fix their damaged car. All-in-all, this new management is trying hard to be an HOA.
so far it has been a pleasant living experience with the new management company and office staff and, I hope that it continues to remain this way.
Great place love the vibes everyone is super friendly and kind. Also the pool is amazing and we have a nice dog park. I will say the mail room for packages for is sometimes iffy so make sure you sign up for luxer
Living here in the past 6 months have been pretty sweet. Move- in process was smooth and very minimal things to be fixed in the apartment. Parking is nice.
My move in was a lil bumpy in the beginning but staff was all very nice and accommodating. Good neighborhood, safe, no one bothers anyone here. Pet friendly. Great location. Nice place to live

Very difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone because the place is understaffed. Have had many issues during move in that haven’t been able to be resolved due to this. However, the staff is very pleasant when you are able to reach them.

This apartment complex isn’t the best I’ve lived in. The apartments are spacious and I really like the fireplace, but all in all they’ve been cheaply remodeled. The hallways are disgusting. They just need to be pressure washed. Things are just kind of nasty here. And people leave their trash out on days when there isn’t any trash pick up, so there are cockroaches. Maintenance might answer your request if you mark it non urgent. This place is just run down and not taken care of very well.

So far, so good! The MARTA and the train tracks are close by, but not very noisy at all! There is a vacuum and water hose, although I'm not sure if the vacuums work and only one hose works for sure. There's a small coffee bar in the clubhouse along with many board games to play. The pool is large and very spacious. Everything is everything, there are no real complaints.

My time here has been pretty good. Quiet neighborhood which I absolutely love. Staff is very quick with getting back with you on any concerns you have and they're overall communication of keeping is updated is good. I would just suggest getting better landscaping especially towards the back of the complex...where's the grass!

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. The biggest apartment I looked at. The train is a little noisy but you get used to it. My only complaint is the neighbors breaking glass and causing the pool to close. I wish people were more respectful here!

It would’ve been an overall great place if the floors weren’t so thin. Every time the neighbors above me walk it sounds like they’re going to fall through the ceiling. It’s very unsettling & extremely disturbing especially when I’m trying to sleep. & there’s nothing that can be done other than making complaints over and over to the staff hoping for a miracle.

My experience has been great. The property management company is engaged with the community and the tenants. They maintain the grounds exceptionally and are urgently responsive to the suggestions and the needs of the tenants. I don’t see myself anywhere else.

Great neighborhood and location but it’s next to train tracks and they are loud. They do not tell you about them ahead of time so check which apartment you are in and that they aren’t up against the tracks.

We recently moved to Aspire Lenox Park and are loving it so far. The apartment is in a great location with spacious units. The apartment is walking distance to Lenox park which is also a plus!

So far everything has been pretty good. Maintenance requests not getting answered took at least one star away. I love the area and it’s a quiet building.

Maintenance is slow or nonexistent. Window constantly leaks water whenever it rains and no solution. Amenities are beautiful but apartments are overpriced and very basic.

Great location and included amenities with the apartment. My only concern is the maintenance and upkeep of the property, or lack thereof. I wouldn’t leave based on this though. I love the quiet atmosphere as most residents keep to themselves. The rent is decently priced also.
This is a great community, but there are little things that can be better. I live on the ground floor, and every time I step out on my balcony, there is some dog poop that another resident did not pick up. There is nothing management can do about it, but I still don't like it.
Dont live here! On saturday my apartment flooded, I was without water for 2 days, I had to move to another apartment and it's still a mess! The managment will not compensate me for all that! All this week the apartment has been connected with dryers and they will not pay for the bill of the electricity or the water of those days! I can not wait to finish my contract and leave it!
Do not believe the rate they tell you until you sign the lease. I Paid the deposit and was "guaranteed" a price, but they made up a rule to increase my rent a few days before I was to sign and start my lease. Since I moved in, the staff continues to be unnecessarily difficult to deal with. They do not answer questions, do not respond to emails, etc... Also the property is currently under construction. So, unless you enjoy waking up at 8 am on a Saturday to a worker hammering away outside your window, look elsewhere.
When I came into the office I was treated so graciously and the agent scheduled the pest control without any issue. They were there the next day and I haven't seen any pest since.
FABULOUS property in a pretty good location!
I moved to Aspire in October 2020 and rented a one bedroom, specifically specifying I wanted to have a unit with a balcony. I move in and the balcony is not accessible with no forewarning about this. I didn't think much of it initially because I assumed it would be taken care of it soon (via renovation/construction). It's been 9 months into my lease and I still am not allowed to use the balcony that I specifically wanted as part of the unit I leased. No communication on this prior to leasing the apartment (they subtly mentioned a balcony renovation project on SOME of the units, but never told me mine was one of them). I have asked to be able to end my lease without penalty due to the lack of transparency on their part during my leasing process and ultimately not getting what I am paying for. They responded saying I would need to give 60 days notice and pay the penalty in order to break the lease. I find it very bad business on their part that pull the wool over my eyes regarding my unit and then will not let me break the lease early. On top of that, it is nearly impossible to get a hold of management unless you physically walk up to the office (which is extremely inconvenient). I had emailed and called SEVERAL times about an incorrect amount listed for my rent payment and subsequently a late fee and nobody ever returned my emails or calls. One afternoon after calling and getting sent to voicemail, I walked up to the office to resolve the issue, and there was one person sitting at the desk (available, not giving a tour, and not on the phone). I understand completely being short-staffed, but it is definitely off-putting to be ignored to then see that the management is seemingly available. The plus side of this property is that the units are nice and maintenance takes care of requests that are sent through the resident portal. Is that enough to say it's a good property? I'm about fed up with this management - all I would like is to end my lease early without penalty to go lease an apartment that gives me what I ask for and what I sign for in my lease.
Love the entire community. The leasing agents are all so nice, the maintenance men are nice. The overall community is kept up very well. I feel safe and comfortable. I LOVE THE AMENITIES
Communication before hand is a huge must. Not to mention, the only people I'd recommend are elder to me and they would require hard communication and timing.
I would 100% recommend. I lived at the complex next door for 3 years and it was a breath of fresh air when I moved here. Still have no complaints.
Competitive rents. Great staff. Minimum operational/appliance repairs needed and when they are, staff fixes promptly.
Love how spacious the apartment is and the amenities are nice.
From the package locker room looking like a free for all since it’s 100s of packages left out in an unlocked room. The leasing staff is very unprofessional, they speak to you like you’re homies. Walls are beyond thin, upgrades are mediocre since the complex itself is old. The buildings, balconies and landscaping beyond the gates are not pleasant to the eye!
Just want to preface this by saying I've been a resident at aspire since 2018. When I first moved in, everything was great. The office staff was outstanding and the grounds were well kept. Ever since Summer 2020, however, things have gone downhill. A balcony collapsed in June, and long story short, it's November and half of the apartments have hollowed our balconies held up by 4 pieces of plywood, with no end in sight and no rent consolations made. I made the decision to break my lease, and move somewhere safer and more reliable. Christa and Hannah have been wonderful in facilitating that. However, there's been some back and forth, but the decision was made on when my lease would end. Now, some man named eman? (Lived here almost 3 years and never heard of him) tries to call and tell me my notice to vacate isn't valid, even though my unit is ON THE MARKET. Christa and Hannah are both out, and clearly these random temp people have no clue how to do their job or communicate. Save your time and money, call cooperate, and run.
Very fast repair; cleaned up area; very courteous and professional.
Would recommend, clean units and grounds. Modern farmhouse style is trendy.
I know that nothing is perfect and I want to give the community a chance at resolving issues and making amends.
I would recommend Aspire because of the layout in the apartment and design of the apartments inside are beautiful in comparison to what we had seen.. while we hadn't seen numerous apartments. It was the best aesthetically inside. The front of the building at the rental office is a plus to drive up to. Grounds seem to be well kept. The location of the apartment is great! So much access to many areas around it.. it's perfect in my opinion.
