Aspen Woods

I recently moved here in Jan 2022 and honestly I have little to no complaints. My unit is spacious, I current live in a "Classic" 1br unit but if this is what they looked like when they were built - they were uptown the units are NICE & LARGE! I work from home so my living room doubles as an office and I have more than enough room, the bedroom is large enough to fit 2 full sized beds and the closets are long so it provides A LOT of space! the neighborhood is quiet compared to others in the area (i get RingCam notifications & there's always something going on in the area, never in the complex tho). The only complaint I have is the pick-up times for large trash such as beds, sofas, etc. sometimes it'll be 2-3wks before the trash is picked up which makes the neighborhood look dirty. Other than that, maintenance, management & pest control so an EXCELLENT job with meeting your needs and working with you - maintenance responds within 2-24hrs and pest control comes twice a month. So far, I love it here!

If I can rate this complex 0 stars TRUST. I WOULD!!! If you don’t mind getting your unit broken into by your neighbors and the leasing office and corporate office not giving a dam this is the perfect place for you. If you’re ok with your water and/or lights going off out of nowhere after you paid your bills ON TIME with no explanation this is the perfect place for you. If you’re ok with paying your rent a week prior to the 1st and them loosing your money order this is the prefect place for you. If you’re ok with having to run the leasing office down via emails, phone calls and not get a reply after being told you will receive your security deposit back and still not receiving it this is the perfect place for you!! Literally this is the WORST apartment complex you can move into! There’s other affordable homes that actually care about their tenants and well-being. Don’t cheat yourself like I did. So not worth it!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY.

The Apartments came a long way from when I first moved in. They constantly doing updates to improve the neighborhood.

My wife and I have been living here for almost three years and we've never had any issues. We are close to everything we need and the staff has always been helpful.

Hi, the staff here at aspenwoods goes over and beyond all expectations. They make sure if there is a need,they will go the extra mile. A mirror fell off the bathroom wall and when I called, they sent someone up without hesitation. They repaired it and stayed there to make sure it was no other maintenance issue going on in my unit. They repaired 3 other things without hesitation. The office staff stay over just to make sure all payments are in and accounted for, so there is not a fee on your rent. So remember by the 5th and you will be in a home worry free of costs and fees. There are pet fees but I dont have any. It's a great place to stay.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful my move in process was quick and easy. If I ever have an issue MiMi in the office is who I call maintenance gets on it ASAP! Everyone keeps to themselves so no loud noise its great for anyone looking for a fresh start this is a great spot.

I like theses apartments. When i moves in they had everything working.

Love the staff, it’s more quiet then I thought. I love that they are re painting the buildings to a really pretty gray color and it makes the apartments look more expensive lol... I just renewed and probable will renew again until I buy a house. Thank you Aspen Woods for being a decent apartment complex

I have lived here almost two years and it’s a very nice place to live! Nice neighborhood and the leasing office is always there when you need them!

I highly recommend this apartment great town homes and the Maintenance always on time if you move over here you won’t regret it

I used to leave there between 2008-2011 and the first 1 to 2 years were fine. Things were fixed in a timely manner and the location was very convenient. Towards the end of the second year went down hill. Once when u came home from work ( I work the night shift) and discover that a new lock was put on my door without my knowledge. Well my downstairs neighbor said there was a short out across my apartment that night and the police had kicked out my door while I was at work. You'd think that I would've been notified of this but no. I had to wait about 2.5 hours for maintenance to open the door and give me a new key. Once I got in I discovered 4 bullet holes in my wall and I had to wait for three weeks before it was fixed. The following week I discovered that the mailboxes were broken into. Fortunately for me I had my mail redirected somewhere else. I decided then and there I wasn't going to renew. When I went to the office and told them my decision the new manager said that if u did renew my rent would be reduced, but nothing too much would be changed. I asked if it was possible I could transfer to another property, but nothing was available. So I went in and left. If the management were more responsible I would've stayed for I liked the convenience of the area. I'm in the process of downsizing my living status (my last child is in college now) and I wouldn't mind of coming back to that area. So unless I read some TRUTHFUL reviews then I would advise people to look elsewhere.

I lived over there for three years once I moved out the manager put on my credit report that I owe money that I did not own I'm in the process I'm suing them it's poor living conditions they don't fix anything and it's drug-infested

Even though I've lived here for over 5yrs I feel like Aspen Woods is my home away from home. Management team is fantastic! We are all family here!

I moved into Aspen Woods Apartments last month. The application process went smoothly because the office staff kept me informed on all updates. Maintenance is wonderful! I would recommend this community to my family and friends.
