Stretching north from Allentown along the Lehigh River to Spring Street, Whitehall is a family-friendly township with terrific shopping and a fascinating history. Along MacArthur Road, Whitehall’s “Golden Strip,” you’ll find the vast Lehigh Valley Mall, one of the region’s largest indoor malls, as well as Whitehall Mall and several strip plazas. This is also where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, from local favorites like Whitehall Diner to popular chains and mall staples.
Formed in 1752, Whitehall was supposedly named for a hunting lodge in the area. Lynford Lardner, the lodge’s owner, painted it with a whitewash and although the lodge was named “Grouse Hall,” everyone referred to it as the “white hall.” One of the historic landmarks in Whitehall, the Helfrich Springs Grist Mill, was built in 1807. Today, it is owned by the Whitehall Historical Society and is open to the public for special events, scheduled tours, and monthly meetings.

The apartments are very beautiful and spacious. And the new owners are doing so many renovations that ensure the tenants safety
I must say that I am grateful for the new owners. The company has shown interest in fixing the building up. Ana and Ed have been very nice and on top of the things needed to be done in my apartment and I truly appreciate their interest in making sure things are done right away and that I am happy with the outcome. I can't wait to see the final outcome of the property. Beautiful area and place to live now that we have a team that truly cares not only about the property but the tenants as well. Maintenance always responds super quick. My door wasn’t locking and I called the office. I was in a rush and late to an appointment. It was fixed within 20 minutes.
The new management is amazing, nothing like before. Very attentive and helpful.
Close to everything you need. The management company is great. They are always there when you need something repaired. Good all around company.
This new management company is very responsive and attentive to tenant's needs. I have put in maintenance requests and they have been taken care of in a timely manner and I have been kept notified and updated throughout the process.
