Almost forming a perfect rectangle, Northridge Lakes is a small residential community roughly 13 miles north of Downtown Milwaukee. Residents can easily travel to the heart of the city for work or leisure. The neighborhood sits minutes form the Mequon Nature Preserve, various hiking trails, and riverfront parks. True to its name, the community is centered around Northridge Lake, and the surrounding avenues are lined with apartment buildings that offer rentals for every budget. There are a few businesses in town, but the majority of restaurants, services, and retailers can be found along Brown Deer Road south of Northridge Lakes.

Property Ratings at Aspen Crossing
They have changed a lot of stuff made a lot of new changes upgrades and the apartments are beautiful staff are good workers maintenance do their job on time you do not have to call more than once if you have any issues you go to management they solve the issues it's a very good place to live I've been living there for 8 years now and I love it there
when they first bought the property they put a lot of money into some very ugly supposedly only for wheelchair renters in one side of one building. They didn't fix anything they put a band-aid on a broken bone or gunshot wound. None of the plumbing was redone in those units I lived in the newer model homes for a year without shower pressure. When they would mess with the water either my kitchen or bathroom water would be off once almost for a month. ALL of the units every single one of them needs plumbing work. This means there's also probably mold in every one of them from leaking pipes. That's just the worst they will tow your car and do not give "everyone" a parking spot. You have to have a driver's license and registration. There's way more but they're horrible.
its in a good quite area and on a bus line. near restrants that i like to go to. its also a great place to see the sunrise
