Aspen Court Apartments

Staff come across as being pretty nice, but they treat tenets like children. We were low on options moving here for school and didn't have much of a choice. It quickly became clear that they are exceptionally punative for attempting to simply living in the apartment, charging for every hole in the wall used to hang a picture or even curtains, plus an additional charge for painting any wall that you've hung anything on. They charge to park in the parking lot, instead of just rolling it into rent, have a policy that allows them to enter your home without permission, and and are generally dismissive of questions or concerns. In addition, they fail to enforce their policies regard pets, partying, and noise. I strongly recommend against this apartment to anyone preferring to live in a home rather than a dorm.

Great location! Staff comes immediately if anything needs to be done in the apartments. The apartments are very nice but you can hear neighbors at times. Brian, the property manager, is awesome and very understanding if you are a day or two late.
