Property Ratings at Aspen Apartments
Scheduled a tour since I live 3 hours away. My appointment was confirmed, however the day of I called them and was told no units available to tour. When asked if I should turn around since I live 3hrs away , they told me no, and placed me on hold. Mind you, I would not have known this information had I not called myself. I was on hold for over 25 minutes before the called dropped. Now, They won’t even answer the phone. So I wasted a 3 hour drive and still have no answers.
Been asking to get my air fixed and didnt get fixed yet but they want the rent money soon the first comes
Phil and Kim are the best. I loved the area and I’m close to everything I need food, shopping, and more. So if looking for people that care about where u live Aspen Apartments is the place to be

I enjoy living here, because it is a great place to live. I have lived here for almost 24 years. It is a safe and quiet community. The staff and maintenance team are a good group of people with no attitudes. I have no desire to live anywhere else.
The new staff in the office is amazing! They get things done in a timely matter and they are very attentive. Their customer service in the office is amazing also!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! They never fix anything and always having bug problems but want rent soon the first of the month comes.
