Property Ratings at Ashwood Apartments
The landlord is an absolute angel, and really made the experience living here great. I lived here all 4 years of college and walked to class almost everyday. I never felt unsafe here and I truly can't say anything bad.
The workers are unfriendly and there is no safety they can get into your apartment any time they want without your permission.
The location is perfect. It’s very close to Mizzou’s campus. The apartment is spacious and clean. Shelley and the team are awesome!
You won’t find many other apartments that are as close to Mizzou’s campus as well as affordable and updated as Ashwood apartments. I lived here for 1 year and absolutely loved it. It’s a surprisingly quiet complex located within walking distance to Mizzou’s main campus area. The pool is large and much less crowded compared to other student apartments. Our apartment came with updated carpets, paint, and stove/oven. We never even had to contact Bob, the maintenance man, about an issue inside the apartment because there were none! The team (Shelley and Bob) are extremely kind and accommodating. I much prefer a more personal apartment staff, and I never got the same compassion when living at other student apartments. Overall, I really enjoyed living here. I am sad to leave!
I loved living at Ashwood! The only thing I regret is not moving here sooner! Shelley and her team are amazing and always made me feel at home, even before I moved into Ashwood! Everyone is so nice and it is a great place to be!
I lived at Ashwood for 3 years. I could not imagine living someplace else during college. Staff is very friendly and reliable. I never had an issue. I loved my spacious apartment and it was nice to have 2 balconies! Great price for the location and amenities. It is also nice having a parking spot right outside your apartment with visitor parking spaces available. This is way better than having to walk to a parking garage. Easy walk to campus and downtown! I highly recommend!
My daughter has had an excellent experience living at Ashwood. This is in a very convenient location for college students, within walking distance to campus. Quiet, safe, clean, well maintained, plenty of parking, quick response on maintenance requests....no complaints at all! The management is quick to respond to any questions, very friendly and super helpful! Great place to live.
Great location well within walking distance of campus. Ashwood apartments is a great choice for any college students. Never had a problem with noise or anything else. Management is very responsive and maintenance requests are fulfilled within a days notice. Overall had a great experience with ashwood apartments.
