We have 2 styles of 1bed/1bath: The Deerfield (800sq.ft.) $1,435-$1,475 The Woodbury (850sq.ft) $1,500-$1,540 We have 3 styles of 2bed/2bath: The Preston (1095sq.ft.) $1,650-$1,690 The Andover (1200sq.ft.) $1,695-$1,785 The Andover with a 1 car attached garage-$1,975-$1,995 All 148 units have the same features, including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 9ft. ceilings, crown molding, as well as their own full-size washer and dryer. The apartments are self-metered for water. We do not allow pets on the property.
